Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff were super friendly. The location is amazing, and the room is comfortable. Parking 5 minutes away walking distance which is acceptable. 15 euros per day for parking

Bathroom is small so have it in mind. Some parts of the room could be cleaned a little bit better.
The working personnel were friendly and helpful with everything we had asked for. Location itself is good with shops and restaurants nearby.

I did not find something, what I can complain about.
Location of the hotel is very central. It is very close to U-Bahn station, so that you can travel over the whole city. The breakfast was perfect, staff was very friendly. The room is a little old, but for this value of money you should not expect something more.

The sound isolation between rooms is very poor, so if you have noisy neighbors who stay up late, they might interrupt your sleep.
The location was good enough for us. The booking price was affordable, and the room was warm and comfy, it was just enough for a sleepover for one night.

1. Unreliable Wi-Fi signal, as it kept disconnecting. 2. The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear conversations, footsteps, and everything else that happens in the corridors.
1. The people at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming. 2. The bed, although a bit small, was reasonably comfortable. 3. Walking distance to public transport (max. 5 min) and to the city center.

The tap on the bathroom sink was loose, not dripping, just loose around the sink, it was room 405. Very little space for the toiletries in the bathroom.
Location, Staff, Cleanliness, good breakfast easy accesss to all the S trains that can take you all over the city or towns around Stuttgart.

Although the rooms have been renovated, the colours are rather dated. The soundproofing between rooms is not perfect, but that depends mainly on the neighbours. The bathroom was not very well ventilated.
Hotel very close to the city centre. Street parking is easy. Everything is close by. The rooms have been recently renovated. It's not the first time we've stayed there and it's very comfortable for the price.

Some noise on the floor at night, incorrect information of a man at the reception about free parking places near the hotel, at 9:01 received 20€ penalty

The room was pretty tidy and cozy. There were all necessary things but the WiFi wasn’t working the best. And the sink was too small in comparison to water tap. Overall a good place to stay for a few days during a trip

I was staying twice and returned because of clean room and cozy beds. Second time they allocated me to floor 4, where I could not feel comfortable because of the persistent cigarette smoke which seemed to be soaked in walks, and the poor upper lighting, which did not allow me to make my bag until daytime. At the 2nd floor, they had better situation
