The room didn't have AC, so at night I didn't sleep very well because it was too hot, even with the window open. The bed is super comfortable, but the pillows are too small and light, I had to fold them to feel something. All the facilities are super nice, but everything is in German, which is not very good for someone who doesn't speak German (I was lucky my boyfriend speaks German and he would translate everything). Only the paper they give you when you have your room key to know the rules and wifi password, and the paper explaining how the water tap works are in English (which I only saw there was an English version because I flipped the paper to check the other side). For breakfast everything was in German (all the food labels and the papers on the table to explain the story and where the food comes from) and there was no still water, at all! When I asked, the lady told me there was a natural tap next to the toilets, that was still with gas. I had to get water from the bathroom sink... Even in the hotel it self, except the directions to the reception, everything and all the signs and promotions and welcome boards are in German. For a 4 star hotel it was quite disappointing. The pool and spa are quite nice, inside is a little too quiet and even awkward because it feels that you cannot talk at all. Outside the pool is super nice but there are not enough chairs if the weather is good. I had to share one with my boyfriend (it was not comfortable for 2 people). The restaurant was quite pleasant, but the food looks better than it tastes. We asked for 2 different soups, they served us both with mushroom soup, which was ok because it ended up being the best part of the meal, because the main course was not worth the money, even though it looked gorgeous.

The hotel is super nice, very well decorated, comfortable and with free water and coffee all the time. The room was super nice, and the beds are super comfortable. The outdoor pool is super nice and the breakfast was amazing.

Really exceeded our expectations. The staff is genuinely friendly. Very nice and beautiful spa's. The restaurant is really good. The breakfast was one of the best and most complete we ever had. Enough parking. Close to the highway, this hotel is located in the very beautiful Parsberg. This was a super stay!

If you do not get a parking space early in the day it is hard to find one after dinner

The staff is always polite and friendly. There were times the parking areas were full and the staff moved their own vehicles so I would have a parking space.

The room we stayed in was a bit odd…it had a little kitchen but no utensils at all. I used it as an extra sink because the bathroom was small. However, my sister was in another room that was very nice. Probably depends on what you spend.

The ventilation of the room would have been a little bit better and I would recommend a different type of mattress cover instead of that nylon.

Great location in downtown Parsberg. the rooms are very nice and clean. Attached to the hotel is a restaurant with excellent food. Very convenient for people staying. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

If staying in a suite in Stammhaus (atleast for the suite I was in) and are over 6'2" be mindful of walking in/out of the bedroom as you can bump your head on the door frame to the bedroom.

This has become my place of choice to stay when in this area. The location is perfect with easy access to dining, grocery shopping, and small local shops. The hotel staff is always friendly and remembered me from my previous stay 3 months earlier. Always feel welcomed at this hotel.
