The stay was quite disappointing. There were no basic amenities such as shampoo, heating, or even towels. The room was extremely cold, making it very uncomfortable, especially during the night. It was not a pleasant experience at all, and the lack of attention to guest comfort was evident.

The only positive aspect was the price, which was relatively affordable compared to other hotels in the area. If you're on a tight budget and can compromise on comfort, this might be an option for you. However, it’s worth considering other places for a more comfortable stay.

have been woken up during night time, and I was asked to leave a place or pay 50 euros because Reason of that I used hairdryer longer than I should 🤷‍♂️in the middle of my stay. It was freezing cold and no heating at all while it was nearly freezing the temperature outside.What has never ever happened to me before and was a horrible experience. I'm not sure if anywhere else things like that can be done. Very rude and horrible experience. Staff shouting and abusing and rude, rooms cold and bad smell everywhere. It's not worth it, just book somewhere else

Elevator didn’t work, in the room ware full of cimex lectularius ( Bettwanzen) we couldn’t sleep all night we changed our room but it doesn’t work. It was worse if you want to be itchy then go there to feel itchy.

the elevator was not working they told us it will be fixed today, but it was the same , we have to take stairs for the 6th floor with heavy bags. And also the room was so cold, the heat generator not working we told them they said we will fix it. The next day we came to our room, the heater was still not working the room was very cold. The elevator was still not working. We asked the reception at least to fix the heater, they said it can’t be fixed . We asked for a refund or discount, they said to contact the manager, so we contacted him and it has been two weeks he didn’t answer us So we are asked for give us a refund or discount they did not accept ,because we have paid a lot and the hotel is not like what it’s mentioned in booking.

The pictures of the rooms were very different from the photos. The lifts didn’t work and haven’t for some time, try carrying 2 suitcases weighing 35 kg up 6 flights of stairs. The heating didn’t work….and when they finally got it going, the room above us leaked into our room. We were told we had to move to another room, no assistance was given. I guess it was luck that I had a torch because there was no power. We moved to another room and the next morning I was covered in insect bites. The girls on reception were constantly dealing with complaints. We have stayed at over 20 places mostly booked thru Booking. com in the last 4 weeks as we had a hire car. This is the first bad review I have ever written. Do not stay there. If Booking.com was genuine, they would remove this place from their books.

This has to be the most miserable hotel i have ever seen. At best it reminded me of something from a horror movie. The room did not look like anything from the website. No heating in the room. Funky smell in the room.

the rooms were freezing cold especially at night when you slept. we had 2 children and we all got sick because of the cold. we reach out to the reception who promised they will repair the radiator or bring an electronic heater but they never came every day they made excuses. nothing worked in that hotel even the lift was broken so it was a lot of steps to walk. I will not recommand this hotel it was a disaster . I have send a custumer complain so they can refund a part of my paitment but i dont think they will return back to us. Very bad service

I WAS FRAYDED AND PHYSICALLY ATTACKED BY THE HOTEL'S STAFF!!! I had paid extra 21 Euros for the check-out at 13:00 instead of 11:00 but I was woken up by one of the hotel's workers and told that I should get out now. The heating didn't work at all which was noted by my in the morning. I had turned on the heater and went to sleep but I woke up early in the morning because of the low temperature (it was October and a few Celsius' grades). I tried to sleep again but couldn't as I am strongly allergic to feathers. Because of that I especially looked for a hotel that doesn't have feather pillows and according to the room's description on booking.com the pillows don't contain feathers. This turned out not to be true. My body was itching. Around the 12:30 toilet's door got blocked so that it was not possible to go inside. I reported it to the reception and went back to the room. The lady told me she will send somebody to repair it but he spoke only Russian and I couldn't explain what happened. I tried to show and he seemed to unterstand and, provided that I understood him correctly he told me he will come back soon. I have been waiting and waiting but he didn't come back. I had to piss and I didn't want to risk being fined or arrested for doing it in public so I pissed in the room. I am sorry somebody had to clean it but I really had no choice. As I tried to explain the situation to the lady at the reception she called a security worker. At the beginning he asked me kindly "What can I do for you?" and as I tried to explain what happend he was constantly interrupting me so I tried to speak louder in order to be understood but then he got angry and started bossing me, shouted at me and forced me to leave the building before explaining my situation. I was physically attacked and pushed by the security worker.

worst hotel ever..at 22h there was no water in the room,and after complaining,the lady at the reception called the security..1 guy wearing a security vest and swimming shorts said that it is not his problem that we dont have water,and is also not a problem from the lady at the reception..whos problem is it then? with him,10 young turkish guys came and surounded 2 of our guys in front of the hotel and they feared for their lives because they all had hands in their jackets and the security guy took the phone from a friend that was filming. 2,3 weeks after,I still didnt get an answer from this hotel about this situation. this 2 guys wen home to croatia immediately and they still had 3 more nights paid,but were just afraid. the next morning,at 5 in the morning before going to work,2 of our cars were surounded with turkish guys and were standing infornt and behind our cars,probably just waiting for us to do something and wouldnt let us leave for work. after we did nothing,they eventualy let us go..we all took our stuff and the rest of 8 guys also left the hotel although we have paid for the rest 2 nights in advance.. so 2 of our guys left 3 nights before,a 8 guys left 2 nights before..1 night was 124€ per person,extremly high price for such a terrible hotel.. oh yeah,around hotel ar huge rats..we have videos of the rats and of no water in the room,and also a video of the altercation with the security and young turkish boys

Pics are not same as real room as shown in booking.com site, heating was not working they inform me after i already booked the room and can’t cancel it because it is non refundable, water drain is not working properly, looks like they are making fool to everyone and doing just business and yes wifi network was not available in rooms only in public areas of hotel, never had that much of a bad experience in my life.

Cheap and money worthy. Recommend for staying if you are planning less than 3 days.

Two out of five charger ports were not working. Blankets are short for a relatively tall person. Staffs were cooperative. Hotel is too far from Berlin central. But train and tram connections were good. Regulation of cold and hot water flow was also challenging. Wash basin was also too small to fill water inside bottle. No facility for drinking water. One may need to buy disposal cup or mug separately.

The building is in very bad shape and looks dirty all over. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, no proper cleaning, it was full of oxidation and rusty here and there and this humidity yellow thingy between the tiles and on the floor. The hostel let someone literally LIVE there, the guy was absolutely disgusting and had spread all over his suitcases, he even used his rice cooker in the room and used the common table in the room to play video games with his laptop, a big screen monitor and keyboard and all. The guy literally thought he was at his place, he was LIVING there and the hostel allowed that. On top of that, there were weird / odd “little gangs” so to speak of Arabs coming in and out from the facility and they were not staying there, I found that very disturbing and overall the place is quite tacky and cheap in the whole sense of the word.

Very old bathroom, old beds, very weak beds, charging outlets only for beds at the bottom. security keeps coming into the room like 3 timed waking us up from sleep. The bathroom and toilet are in the same place, Tap doesn't give out cold water, Bathroom is very old and dirty. Not worth the price. At all
