On both days of our stay, the saunas were switched off!!! On the first day, we were 30 mins in the spa area when we realized it and when the staff came in, they informed us that it switches off automatically. On second day, we immediately realized upon entering the sauna that it was off. After calling the reception we waited for some 20 mins for them to come. It was truly frustrating.

Nothing at all, I could not fault one single thing

Everything! Could not fault anything about this hotel. It's the best one I've stayed in. Staff were warm and helpful, the room was amazing with touch screen lighting and sensor lights. Breakfast was just the best I've had - every diet is catered for, the choice and quality is 10/10. It is located right next to the train station which gives you access to the region. The centre is just a 5 minute walk.

Good room, great bed. The hotel is located opposite the train station. The breakfast was very good. Obviously great care went into the hotel design; it was beautiful.

I felt accused from one of the staff at the reception for stealing a towel while I was carrying a sweater in my hands. I guess if you want to steal a towel you probably put the towel in your bag and don’t carry it in your hands. The way he addressed his assumptions was very uncomfortable and disrespectful.

The hotel is well located and the staff was very nice! We have enjoyed the breakfast, the sauna and the room very much.

The hotel is very welcoming in staff aspect and design aspects from the moment you walk in. Clean, modern, warm, comfortable, thinking about all details from big to small. Even a small chocolate 🎅 was waiting at the room door before check-out. Definitely a choice you can't go wrong. Location was perfect as well.

room service forgot to fill up coffee tray and trashcan didn’t got emptied after room cleaning. some dust on the mirror in bathroom. I asked business lounge attendee for something sweet at one evening ( he just moved away the chocolate) but only thing he offered was a bottle of coke. I assumed from a hotel in this price class a little bit more service ( especially when the room cart was full of candy, but locked away for guests)
