Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Minibar was warm and it does take a while to reach the city center with the tram.
Clean, modern, comfortable. We were 2 adults and a 2 year old and we were very comfortable.

Easy to get to with tram, one stop away there’s a lot of shopping opportunities like supermarket and drug store. Quite large room with minibar included. The bathroom was also spacious.

The restaurant menu could be improved by offering some simple local dishes.
Very comfortable hotel with good tram connection to the city centre. Enjoyed the inclusive minibar in our room.

The room with the balcony is nice and spacious with a large balcony. beds are very comfy. bathroom is spacious and cleverly designed.

The staff were friendly. They gave us an upgrade to a panaroma view room which was very nice. Very clean too. The location wasnt hard to find. Very close to public transportation which made it easier to go to places.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Its location is a few steps from tram line 19, which will take you to the center of Munich in 15 minutes. The room is large, very clean, the bathroom as well, and the bed very large and extremely comfortable. It is worth mentioning that the products from the minibar are included in the room price, and it is refilled daily. All the hotel staff were extremely kind throughout our stay and the breakfast is varied and with very good quality products.

The location was convenient next to the light-rail station, but not very close to the center of the city.
The room was extremely high quality, with amenities and features that were unexpected and well-kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff was efficient and thorough.

We dined every day in the hotel restaurant, there are also very good staff, but the restaurant menu is very boring, monotonous, limited. In such a good hotel, a large restaurant - it could be better

Great value for money, modern and well equipped rooms, super comfy bed. Chose the location due business, but was easy to get around and into the city centre too. Nice touch with complimentary mini bar. Would be nice addition to have a water kettle in the rooms next to coffee machine

Helpful staff, parking in the garage or for free in the streets around. Tram 19 to the center in front of the hotel. Free Minibar, really good value for money. Overall new and modern. The breakfast also did not disappoint.

Parking price is too much 24 euros per day and if you have an electric vehicle to charge it is 24 euros extra per day. So it is not worth it . There are free parking places in front of the hotel and a fast charging station at the das station.
