I paid for upgraded room and got a downgrade instead the extra payment was for better view, and I didn't get that, but the bathroom was downgrading since it's smaller

First day forgetting to clean, second day cleaning forgetting to put new towels, third day making the bed and leaving dirty coffee cups and dirty towels in the place without putting new towels It is impossible to understand the chef who prepares the eggs, he does not even have ten words of English, it takes a quarter of an hour to get two eggs, and they are not as you ask him to, and the breakfast is not varied at all and costs about 30 euros per person

House keeping was poor only 1 clean hand towel on arrival and no floor bath mat Half a packet of open peanuts in draw Room wasn’t cleaned on 2nd day as didn’t know about the light for cleaning Mini bar wasn’t restocked and no coffee after day 1 and ran out of shower gel

No towels in the room on arrival apart from hand towel, we informed staff before we went out for the day, when we came back at 4 still no towels . Air con in the room was not working, we are asked three times for it to be looked at but no one came .

Being charged an extra €20 to check in 2 hours earlier despite our room being ready and empty anyway. Also only in the room and then a second couple enter the room stating it was their room and had key access

Must have forgotten to add breakfast, couldn’t bring myself to pay 30 euros each .Mini bar empty and only one towel , took 4 calls to reception to get more towels We have stayed here before but was disappointed this time.

The staff was rude, and the woman host for the breakfast time yelled at me in front of everyone when I tried to warm up a bread in the oven. She was so rude and took my bread out of the oven. I told her I didn’t understand it since there was no indication about the oven or that just certain type of bread was allowed to be warm up. She said NO NO, and started screaming in front of other guests in German while taking my bread out of the oven. She was so rude I almost cried of embarrassment
