The Location was very hand for the center of the city. Basic Budget Rooms. We had one minor issue that was quickly sorted out by the staff.

The bathroom had no heating, and the separate bathroom heater only worked for a few minutes each time it was turned on.

loud at night. neighbors or people outside were smoking marijuana and cigarettes which was obvious even with windows closed and the smell came into our room. we did not get a parking coin when we checked in and paid parking. we had to park again in garage and go back up to get a coin in order to exit garage.

There was some noise coming from machinery outside. And despite the smoking prohibition, somebody was smoking right behind our window one night, and we had to smell it.

The location was very good. The room was clean and big enough. The breakfast was excellent.

At check out, we were surprised with a €15 parking fee for leaving our car in the hotel’s parking lot overnight. This had not been made clear via Booking or by the receptionist at check in (we only parked there because we assumed it was free and were not told otherwise). When explaining the situation, the receptionist was inflexible and not understanding at all. She also refused to speak in English although my partner clearly did not understand German. It was definitely an unpleasant exchange and we felt taken advantage of.

I was very positively surprised. Very simple, but all what I need: comfortable bed, good shower and all clean and practical. No overdecoration, just perfect addressing my needs after a long day of work.

It was within walking distance to the city center, but it is a bit off the main sights, so for a touristic visit I would probably recommend some more central hotel. But the price was a bit lower in this location.

Check-in was very smooth, and since there was no room key (only a code for the door) no check-out was needed. The room was not large but not too small, there was a good bed, a small table with chair, some shelfs and hangers, a large TV and a small but good bathroom. Location was a bit outside the city center, but in a quite area with some nice restaurants close by, the hamburger place across the street was good. I didn't try the breakfast, but visited the Penny supermarket which is very close. With train, Bonn West was the closest station.

The rooms are rather small for two people so all our stuff were kept on the floor.

Beds were great and it was very quiet. Check-in was quick with a very nice receptionist who speaks English and makes jokes. We liked the vibe of the place. Very easy to reach the city center.

- The rooms are not precisely very spacious, however, this is to not be taken as a negative remark. Other than that, everything was perfect.

All the duvets and pillows have cases that just fall off,and they are using duck feathers or something which makes u itch,this has ruined my trip to euro 2024 final as 8 am constantly itching ,i have blotches all over my arms and back,and do not buy the breakfast its a complete rip off,you also cannot get back in after 10 without ringing an inconvenient bell to be let in.
