GermanyThe rooms don't come with a kettle or any coffee making facilities but you could go down to the bar at any time and get all that stuff.
The location is great, right in the centre of town but the rooms were still very quiet. All the main shops, cafes and restaurants are walking distance. There is parking available in the basement.

TaiwanThere were several front desk staff members, likely due to shift rotations. The staff we encountered at check-in were quite friendly. However, when we were leaving, there was an issue with the parking card, and we couldn’t make the payment (we had parked at "Parkhaus Zentrum Süd/Schützenstraße," a parking lot recommended by the hotel). When I returned to the hotel to seek assistance, the front desk staff explained that it wasn’t their responsibility and suggested I contact the parking lot directly. While I understood that she had a point—it indeed wasn’t the hotel’s issue—I still felt a bit disheartened. In my country, even in such "not our responsibility" situations, staff would still proactively offer to help contact the relevant party to ensure foreign guests feel at ease. Perhaps I had unrealistic expectations, even though I was merely trying to figure out how to make the payment. Overall, despite this minor incident, the hotel remains a great choice.
This was my first time in Germany, and the hotel's location was excellent—right on the main street, making it very convenient for exploring this beautiful town. The facilities were quite good as well. Although the space wasn’t particularly large, it’s understandable given the limited area in this location. Nevertheless, the facilities were exceptionally clean.

Typical Ibis, very small compact rooms but does the job for the price. Absolutely fine if you're travelling light. We had 2 massive suitcases and it was just too small, which made things a bit difficult.

United StatesThe room was tiny. No mini-fridge, no closet, no chair for the desk. Breakfast was average and the room isn't really large enough to accommodate a full hotel.
The hotel is a bit of a walk from the main train station, but doable; certainly close to the main attractions of the old town. The room was quiet and the fitness room was down the hall. Beverages were available in the common area 24/7.
