I did not find the bed super comfortable. However, if I went to Berlin again, I would stay at this hotel a second time because of the nice experience and value for money.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Our room was simple but cool, we loved the decor of the room and of the hotel in general. The area is lovely, in the heart of Mitte. Well connected to public transportations but for people who like to walk, some of the main tourist attractions (Alexander Platz, museum Insel, Dom) are about 15 min walking distance. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby.

Our twin room was pretty small. We had to put our bag under one of the beds! But there was a hanging space and a few cubby holes to put stuff in. The open plan bathroom arrangement was fine for us but could be a shock if you weren't expecting it!

Excellent location. Easy access to U-Bahn and tram stops (very close) and then only a few stops to e.g. Alexander Platz or Brandenburger Tor. There was a BVG strike whilst were there (so no buses, teams or U-Bahn) and we were able to walk to two different S-Bahn stations in under 15min. Staff were v friendly. Great to be able to get free hot drinks in the afternoon/evening. We paid for breakfast one day and it was tasty. All felt clean and modern.

Bed was unconfortable The charging plugs were insufficient quntities. Room light was insufficient. There were only 2 hangers instead of wardrobe. Toilet sink was interesting. You can see the room while you can wash your hand

The heating system in the rooms is not sufficient and could be better.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the metro and public transportation. You can easily visit the city by public transportation.

The bed was okay but not comfortable - It would be great if the room had a kettle.

Very friendly and helpful staff - Great location; I could easily access U Bahn, tram, and bus. Around 15 minutes to the train station with public transportation - Clean room; they also had daily housekeeping - Free water/coffee from morning to 10 pm.

(1) The room on the first floor required additional noise cancellation, as we could hear all the noises from downstairs. Maybe just put noise-cancelling curtains? (2) Having a kettle in the canteen would be ideal as the rooms do not have one.

(1) The location is fantastic; we could easily move to all corners of Berlin, and we also arrived at the hotel easily by walking from other stations when transportation was delayed. Also, there are many restaurants and cafes around, such as City Chicken, which offert a significant advantage when we were arriving late and looking for something simple and tasty. (2) The availability of water at any moment. (3) The seeds in the breakfast. (4) The kindness of the personal.

Location of the hotel was excellent, with tram bus and underground stops right outside to get all over Berlin. Also lots of great places to eat all near the hotel. Staff were are also friendly and helpful

A bit noisy from the street and a bit annoying that despite stated on the room leaflet that coffee is free till 22.00 I still had to pay 2.60e. Also 2 sockets didn't work, not a big deal but it's inconvenient.
