Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing major but the pillows were so bad. There was not a proper hanger or a chair to put clothes,again nothing major but it would be nice to have.
The location is amazing, very close to chic places and next to the subway! The hotels serve every expectation of a chain hotel. Kind staff and clean room.

We only missed a TV with YouTube connection since that all TV channels are in German.
Location, cleanliness, staff and mostly important: free sparkling water 24/7 😍 Groceries stores and amazing shop/restaurants nearby.

One central light in the bedroom was necessary and, at least, one more socket next to one of the beds.
The bedroom was clean, the staff very nice and the hotel well located.

The breakfast was not very varied. very basic products, but fresh and tasty. No kettle in the room.
Family room available. Coffee and tea maker available in the lobby 24 hours a day. Nice service.

The rooms where quite tiny. There was a small place/wardrobe/closet to hang our winter jackets but no place to store luggage and other clothes. One room had the bathroom without door and wall, only the shower had door. So it was not convienent especially when you come with teenager son. Also, you had to step one step up to the shower and bathroom. I had a back pain so it wasn't helpful. The pillows where not comfortable, they seemed really old/worn out. The room was quite dark, there are not enough lights.
Good location, metro station is nearby (1min walk) so you can easy reach all the tourists spots. Lots of cafes, restaurants all around the hotel. We stayed in family room which was like two normal hotel rooms with Queen sized beds with connecting door. We had two showers and two wc. Very good choice for families. The rooms temperature was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. They had boiled or scrambled eggs, vegetables, cheese, ham, joghurt, etc.... There was a pancakes machine, just press the button and wait for a pancake to come out straight to your plate. Kids loved it. Also, there was a Coffee, tea or water available everyday for free. There is Aphoteke and Dentists nearby if needed.

Carpets on aisles and in the rooms - on general principle. I do not mind at all that the rooms are very simple, but the size (or lack of it) can be a bit claustrophobic. The price was due to New Year’s Eve, I guess…
Location is great, the windows are not totally soundproof, but good enough for the traffic (not for New Year’s Fireworks…), the breakfast ist really nice and the staff is super-helpful

The few downsides are, there could be a minifridge in the room and a bit more space for luggage, other than that no complaints at all

There were a few things that could be improved. - unfortunately the soundproofing is not very efficient and you can hear loud traffic noises during the night - little storage space for clothes/luggage; no drawers of any kind - the room was OK for one person with small luggage, but would be crammed for two people - the is no place to put one's own toiletries in the shower area; a small shelf/rack would be very useful
Overall it is a good hotel, closer to 3-star than the 2 it officially has. The prices were very high when we booked so the value for money was not great, but at their normal prices, it's a good deal. What we liked: - good location with quick access to transportation, restaurants and non-stop shops - clean room, good heating, comfy bed - the coffee/tea/water dispensers in the eating area are available all day long - the pancake machine is a great idea! - helpful staff

No kettle in room, but there was free coffee/tea & water fountain from Reception from 11.30am ish till late into evening.
Had the perfect room on 4th floor looking out onto the street. With a fantastic view of the Tower

The rooms are very small if you are staying two people in one room. No space to put a big suitcase.
The hotel's location is great, very closed to public transportation. The lobby and breakfast room is plain, but well organised. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is also quite nice.

I had a tiny bit of an issue with the cleaning staff who would knock on the door and proceed to walk in without waiting for a reply and this happened 3 times on my last day despite it being half an hour before check out. I did mention it to the reception staff member who apologised and said he would feed it back.
Stayed here for a conference, location for me was 10/10. The hotel itself had a nice reception with tea/coffee available. The rooms were what you would expect for a budget property - basic and cheap feeling. The reception staff are helpful and friendly.

The garage was small, so I had to park very close to the wall.
The room itself was perfect, and the windows faced the street, providing a lively view of the city's nightlife. Additionally, there was no noise from outside. I highly recommend it.

My partner could not join the trip and so I tried to get his breakfast fee cut from the stay. But that was not possible.
The kid's corner was nice to have, and we got technical help to start off, from the staff.
