Construction work at a shop downstairs with drilling in the wall was very loud. Management didn't change our room when requested. Emergency switch chords we're not labeled and could be confused for a light switch.

Free Coffee and water downstairs. They kept our bags and allowed us to have coffee and freshen up when we fetched our bags. Good view of the street from the room. Great food places nearby. Supermarket nearby. Rosenplatz Metro line 30m from the entrance with many tram and bus stops within 100m. Room was odd shaped but really disabled friendly.

Somewhat strange that there was no table in the room to put my laptop on. Instead, they provide a device over the bed not as convenient as one could wish, though I got used to it.

Good location to reach downtown on foot. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Stable and fast Internet connection. Perfect acoustic insulation, I didn't hear any street noise al all.

This isn't the hotel's fault, but I'm bummed that the bakery that used to be right next door is now closed. It seems that it will be replaced by a frites (French fry) restaurant, which isn't very practical. Anyways, breakfast is a bit overpriced at this hotel so I usually went to that bakery instead, fortunately there are other options in the area.

This is an above-average hotel in the heart of Berlin. I've stayed here many times on business and appreciate that it has clean facilities and is centrally located. The hotel is easily accessible with public transit and is a short (direct) tram ride from Berlin Hbf.

The room really was small. Some of the limited lighting didn't work. The washbasin plug jammed and was simply removed, never replaced. "Free" tea and coffee only during limited hours. Astonishingly overpriced breakfast.

Great location close to public transport, walkable to the centre. Various food shops and restaurants close by. Despite this, good soundproofing meant the room was quiet and we slept perfectly. Arrival and departure were smooth.

Great location within the heart of Mitte, walking distance to Alexanderplatz with all the connecting subway line. Walking distance to the major museums of the city. Friendly and helpfull staff

Temperature of rooms was centrally controlled within the building, up on level 5 during spring this meant the heating was still applied, so our rooms were akin to a sauna. we spent most of our stay with the windows open 24/7, sleeping was therefore a little difficult due to the noise. Additionally the decor of the hotel is quite outdated.

Only downside was there was no where to put towel inside the shower. You had to open shower door in order to put down non slip towel. Noise from toilet as not floor to ceiling walls

The location is excellent with easy access to all forms of transport. Underground, overground , trams and buses. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice.. We particularly liked the fact that hot drinks were available all day as well as water as we had paid for b&b. Fresh friut and lovely freshly baked bread.

Could add more hangers. The bathroom got easily flooded after shower, but the staff took care of it. The iron is very cheap.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and big enough. The staff was responsive. Wi-Fi was strong. It is perfect for a business trip.
