Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Limited quantitz of parking lots, if I arrived after 6:00pm I needed to find parking lot in the city center.

Management is disjointed. This ibis has all the elements that SHOULD make it an excellent stay: new hotel, modern facilities, quality furnishings. BUT management is disjointed: some front desk staff don't even greet you, while other members are very friendly, proactive and professional. Some cleaning staff are excellent, while others clean superficially. IF management was better trained to be a world-class hotel, this ibis could win awards. But alas, management isn't present and doesn't really seem to care about the guests. My advice: either train management to reach a professional level or replace them.
Virtually new hotel. Modern. Spacious. Good quality beds.

In our opinion it was too expensive for services provided in our room we didn't have refrigerator or even basic stuff like hotel slippers. Hotel doesn't have a lot of stuff which is makes difficult for customers and stuff we kept contacting hotel in beginning of the our stay but nobody replied until we have arrived to hotel.
It was very clean and our room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was fantastic it exceeded our expectations. Train station was close by and easy to reach. It was also nice to have a grocery store right next to our hotel. The little gym on 3rd floor was also nice addition to our trip. And I wanna offer special thanks to staff for helping with our luggage with it got lost with flight company.

Parking lot dominates the ambiance, the building is just a block like from the 1960s. Bad taste or bad architect?? Other guests are weird, not classy at all. Small groups of smoking young men with tattoos that look like drug dealers.

Nice location a few minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre. Lots of paths along the river to get to town.

Breakfast - scrambled eggs need to be cooked more. Not a fan of liquid eggs. No bacon! Need potatoes and more fruit. For the family room with bunk beds, Only 2 large towels and 2 hand towels in the bathroom. Had to ask for more plus spare pillows. Need ice machine in hotel.
A/C was good. Like the separate bathroom and toilet room. Rooms are still small. Europe has made all rooms smaller. Can barely walk around the beds. Breakfast was good. Like being able to get coffee and water in the evening.

excellent location, for a decent price. breakfast was quite good, with many choices. the staff was helpful. the room was spacious, with a very nice shower. there is parking, but it was full, fortunately there were options nearby.
