We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOn arrival the receptionist had not registered my keycard properly and I had to return to reception 4 times before it was rectified!! Not acceptable after a ling travel to get there. Also the wifi was poor during a TEAMS call!! Not acceptable. The hotel was overpriced and a ling walk to the town

United KingdomWould have been better if coffee facility is in the room. At least some basic utensils are ready for use in rooms with kitchenette. I heard some hotels offer bus tickets to their customer, i wasnt offered something like that. And also would be beneficial if they give customers idea how they can get around the place, and places to go.
Straightforward service at the desk, welcoming staff, pleasing facade at the desk, who doesnt like Aldi just a stone throw away...

SwitzerlandOur rooms were not near together, also nothing available in the room, even a glass! We requested more pillows but didn't receive them. during the night, nobody was available at the reception desk. during the day we were in the city and want to spend our night in the hotel but even the bar is closed. Even though they mentioned the charge is available in the garage, it didn't work!
The staff was polite, breakfast was good, and the room was clean and quiet.

Germanyour room wasn’t as sanitary as awaited. carpet looks quite dirty and without any house shoes, was this a nightmare for us. an older lady barged into our room as i was in the shower in the morning and my lady freaked out. i still can’t explain how she got in. no telephone service in the room to contact the reception, limited parking spaces so one has to pay a 8,50 fee for the parking garage per night
