The location is perfect! There are many shops, restaurants and supermarkets under the hotel along with a passageway connect to the U-Bahn Neuperlach Zentrum station. You can take U5 to the city center/Hauptbahnhof. There is another big shopping mall opposite the hotel as well. The connecting room is great and the staff is friendly.

BulgariaThe rooms are small - normally - some of them are with small size double beds. I'm sure that when we were choosing were to stay, the offer we saw for this hotel was - two double rooms - connected. But finally we recieved two separated double rooms. It was not a problem for us.
Good location - a lot of shops, cafes, places to have a meal, grocery stores, meters away from U5 metro station. There is a paid parking for the guests of the hotel.

Good breakfast, helpful staff. Nice, spacious bathroom. Room-service upon request somehow made our stay even more relaxed. The location, although not in the city center, is well served by public transport. Shopping center across the street, with variety of places to eat or have some snack.

GermanyThe breakfast felt a bit expensive, but given that the room rate was very affordable, we cannot complain. There is also a bakery/cafe in the same building should one require only coffee and some pastries. The area appears to be a completely new development (including the shopping center across the street) and if one is looking for that old-world feeling of Europe, this is maybe not for you.
Everything looked new and clean. The staff were friendly but not overly so. Parking cost extra but was easy to find a space. The U-bahn station is right next to it and it is a very easy ride to the Munich city center. The area is modern and there are many amenities. We paid a very low price for the room (but it may have to do with staying during the Christmas season when many locals are out of town, perhaps).

PolandIt was cold. I set the heater for 23 degrees and it didn’t reach this temperature till morning. It was just 19.5 degrees. I was cold there. I wish they gave trash bags as well not just trash bins. Pillows is still a problem ☹️
It was clean and quiet. It was my second time in this hotel because of the location.

AustraliaThe house keeping staff are exceptionally rude! You will be told to exit the elevator for them despite there being two elevators available and then insulted in German - some of us have a basic understanding of the German language. Housekeeping also rudely instructed my daughter (who was in separate room for a few days) her booking was no longer valid despite having been paid for and to vacate the room immediately. No apologies from them despite the distress they caused my daughter when reception confirmed her booking was valid.
Nice and modern with easy access from the U2 underground station. Reception staff are helpful and will assist with any queries regarding how to find particular services.

PolandThat’s weird to me the cleaning personnel can just enter the room with no knocking on the door first. I had three times during my stay. They have to take into consideration people payed for their privacy. If I wanted to stay with a few more people , I’d go to the hostel, not hotel. It’s unacceptable anybody is opening the door with no knocking. Cleaning service is claiming itself to be eco friendly, so you have your request then to come and clean, but then I don’t understand why people just were coming into my room, when I didn’t request any room service. It’s weird and unprofessional. And impolite of course. The big disadvantage is the absence of refrigerator and kettle. I had to bring my own kettle and storage my food outside (I was after surgery and couldn’t go to the shop every day). Pillows are super soft. I had my own )
I really liked that hotel room was very quiet and comfy. I stayed there for 5 nights and I felt really relaxed there, cosy bed, good shower, TV, dark curtains to protect against the sun, big underground parking- all those thinks made feel I’m in a right place. I was able to adjust the temperature in my room or even turn the heater off.

ArmeniaThe breakfast ends at 10 am during weekdays, which is very early, and there is not much choice.
The hotel is located near a shopping center, where you can find many restaurants and cafes, and the metro station is just next to the hotel. The hotel staff is just the best! We arrived early in the morning, at 7 am, and they offered an early check-in, instead of letting us wait in the lobby for another 5 hours.

ItalyI would suggest finding different pillows because they were uncomfortable and not fluffy at all: I had the feeling of sleeping without a pillow at all :( I would also recommend being clearer on the ''cleaning service'', since when we arrived the receptionist explained to us that the cleaning service was not daily (as mentioned instead between ''the facilities of the Hotel'' as ''daily housekeeping'') but ''on request one day before''. This never happened elsewhere, and we travel a lot! Thanks :)
The location was great, only 17 minutes from the city center by U5. The staff was friendly :)
