Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Need more pillows. It would be best to have 2per person. Also shower design not good. Water leak close to the door.

No hot water during the first night of my stay but it was ok after that.
Location of the hotel is good, within walking distance to the old town. Room is clean and comfy.

Room had a stale cigarette smell. Staff were informed and offered us an exchange. Cold shower on second morning, by us and our friends in a separate room. Only one pillow per person on the bed and no spares.

Breakfast was a bit monotonous - more or less the same every day. Also the space for breakfast could be larger. No beer on tap in the hotel bar - just the bottled one.
Just a few minutes walk from the old town centre. Right next to Edeka. Plenty of parking space. Helpful staff. All in all, a good value for money.

The staff seemed to spend most of their time outside smoking.
The location is very convenient within easy walking distance from the old town of Nordlingen. We chose it for having free parking in the large supermarket car park beside the hotel. The facilities are basic and good for the price. One odd thing was, because we read the rooms were on the small size, we selected a family room to give us more space. When you do so you are allocated two small rooms with an interlocking door.

Flexible late check-in time should be possible. We have been informed that check-in is expected by 22:30 otherwise booking will be cancelled only few hours before.
A modern hotel with nice decoration and good breakfast buffet, free parking available, elevators and air conditioned rooms.

Staff were really helpful, suggested we attend a local fair for the evening. We found a traditional German beer hall there so got to experience a bit of “Oktoberfest” like experience but on a nicer and smaller scale

I find the feel of most of these types of hotels a bit sterile, and this was no different here, but they provide a great value for the money and are perfect for a quick overnight stay.
The room was sparkling clean, the bed large and comfortable. As in most hotels of this type, the room would be too small for an extended stay and doesn´t have much of an ambiance, but is perfect for 1 or 2 nights passing through. Everything you need is there, Breakfast was very good, and an attendant made sure everything was always available and kept clean.

Their pillows need changed and the cleanliness is maybe not brilliant, but it wasn't dirty, maybe just a little dusty.
It is a functional hotel, it's not pretty or have a lot of atmosphere, but it has everything you need, and for us, that meant a bike lock up, hot shower, and comfy bed, although the pillows could be better. Breakfast was good with a decent choice and fresh fruit, which is not always a given. It's upstairs from a supermarket and a big car park, but there was no noise, and we had a decent night's sleep. The staff were helpful and friendly and answered all our questions. I know how difficult it is to get staff in hospitality so keep a hold of the good ones.

Was given a room right above a 'loading bay' and it got rather noisy from 5am as delivery trucks started to arrive.
Bit less services than used to from Ibis Styles hotels, check-in was smooth and staff nice - was given all info needed. Room itself was nice and what I expected.

I could hear the people sneezing from the room next door
Breakfast was good, the location also good because one can park all day for free and can easily reach the old town on foot.
