Some guests were outside a tad loud a tad late

Actually everything, it shows you do not have to have a giant room if everything is well designed. And free coffee without breakfast option was thoughtful too!

The air conditioning worked well during the evening, but did not keep working all night, so we ended up very hot. There were not many options for food nearby, and we had to walk for about 20 minutes to find somewhere.

The hotel was well located in the business district, with plenty of free on street parking nearby. It was very clean and well presented, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

We missed not having a fridge in the room. (The weather was very hot when we were there, so this would have been good to keep drinks cool). Being a big tea drinker, I would have loved a kettle.

Location great for parking and transport links into town. We also found 2 excellent places to eat within 15 minutes’ walk. Very comfy beds. Excellent breakfast. Good shower.

Apparently they didn't mention the reservation of the 2nd room in their system. So we received 2 unexpected visitors. When settled at the reception we were not able to enter our room anymore as the key was no longer working.

We booked room for 3 adults, it was not available so we received 2 double rooms for the same price.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

Be sure your doors are locked in this hotel!!! I arrived later in the evening. A guy at the reception desk gave me the key card, and I was about to go to bed as fast as possible. Unfortunately, after opening the room, I found out there was a guy sleeping in the bed. He jumped out of the bed almost naked, surprised there was someone in his room. It was a terribly embarrassing moment. I apologized for waking him up and returned to the reception. And guess what happened? The receptionist did not even say sorry. He just said that it was obviously a mistake in their system and it might happen. He gave me a new room. Be sure you keep your doors locked, or better, choose a different hotel. I can imagine it happens. But when something like this happens, I expect the receptionist at least to express some interest and say sorry. By the way, after this initial experience, I became a bit sensitive and picky. Then you see dirty walls—it's been quite some time since they painted. Low pressure in the shower. Wet paper tissues in the bathroom... To be fair, the bed was good, the room was clean, and I had a good sleep there.

Travelling through Germany. Convenient location from route 8. Great choice of restaurants in the area. Breakfast has a huge variety.

The staff were friendly, the room spotless and quiet, the bed comfortable and the shower powerful. Value for money was great and the hotel is not far from the station so well connected to the Airport/Messe and also the centre.

1. We were in front of the parking lot and it took at least 10 minutes before we could speak to someone at the intercom. It couldn’t be opened until we checked in. Then when i came to the check in the guy who helped us said “ i didn’t opened it because i am lazy” well okay if that is your attitude i’m not paying 120€ something again. 2. The parking lot is 2-5 min walk from the hotel. No lighting very eery vibe if you walk in the night. 3. The walls are very thin. There were a lot of drunk guests that kept making noise. We have a dog that continually heard it and reacted to these annoying people. Couldn’t sleep a lot because of this. 4. Overall not a good experience.
