The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. I also used the spa, and the 60-degree sauna was great!

it's not the most charming location (part of a shopping centre complex) but that can't be helped (and would be useful for shoppers i suppose).

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception, room was large and comfortable, excellent burger and steaks in restaurant, bar had wide range of whisky and rum including some rarities and the barman was friendly, knowledgeable and made great suggestions. I had chosen the hotel in part because the bar had been advertised as superior to a 'standard' hotel offering and I was not disappointed. Convenient for main station and local public transport (U/S-bahn).

Light of elevator strongly recommend to keep unchanged for safety reason and comfort . Room feel a little noisy. Car park a little narrow

Parking is located across a busy road, not on site. The red lighting in the elevator is a little scary and causes a sense of danger, after changing the color of the backlight, clarity of what is happening comes :).

The hotel is in a modern style, large room size, convenient location, near the metro, easy access to the city center. There are restaurants and cafes nearby. Friendly staff, delicious and varied breakfasts. Comfortable bed. It's all clean. I liked the hotel, we recommend it.

Room was pretty clean however as everything is white it was easy to see the marks and stains on the headboard of the bed and on the walls. I'm sure these had been cleaned but it made some areas of the room/bed look a little unkept.

Room was a great size. Facilities such as coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer etc. Also the bathroom was great as it had a lovely shower. Staff were lovely and helpful. Checking in was easy to do with the self check in machine. There is a rooftop bar which is great too.

Since I and my collegue stayed for 9 days, we expected to have at least one change of bed linen. The rest was super!

I liked the position, the quality and variety of the breakfast and how the staff was always prepared for all our requests.

There was no daily water even though the staff said there was. The spa was nice but the heat in the 90 degree sauna wasn’t humid enough. It was a shame the restaurant wasn’t open any of the nights we were there including a Saturday night.

The parking is not included in the price of the stay. You need to pay for it separately. There is a glass wall separating the sauna from the gym. Therefore whether you like it or not you will see everything.

Location is great. The hotel is clean with modern design. The restaurant has delicious food, although a bit expensive. Breakfast was decent.

Front desk staff was NOT friendly at all. Never said hello. They didn’t want to bother answering our questions. Very rude, shouldn’t work in customer service.

I loved everything about Jaz in the city. It's clean and well maintained with its techy bathroom and extra mile to ensure guests have access to entertainment faculties. Breakfast was nice. Milaneo, a shopping mall is right beside the hotel.

In sauna some people did not wear towels or completely took them off, which for hygiene / skin directly toching the sauna seats is not good. At leat they should have towels aroud their waist.

The heat in the room could’ve definitely been better. It was really cold during my stay here even with the heat on full blast. There should also be parking for the hotel because it’s 25 euro a day at the hotel nearby which is insane.

I loved the bed and the shower! I never wanted to get out of the shower!

Check in time (3pm) was quite hectic as it was at shift change time. Early check in also not possible (we arrived at 14:15)

Great location with a lot of shops/restaurants close by. Taxi (Uber) to the centrum costs roughly 12 euros. Shower pressure was the best experienced in a hotel.

A wonderfully modern hotel. The room was great with excellent facilities and a state of the art bathroom. A really positive atmosphere throughout. A great stay.
