There was no internet for whole week while the staff told that it will be fixed soon. No air conditioning. The street was noisy, so open window was not solution. No breakfast. There is small kitchen for guests to use, while the staff did not tell this. You have to ask. The staff does not speak good English, communication preference is Russian and German.

Large room, comfortable bed, TV (most of channels in German, only few news channels in EN), hair dryer in the bath room.

The Internet was terrible. The wifi didn't work. We tried three different networks and they all didn't work. We tried going to reception to solve it, but the old lady there said we should try different ones and still none of them did not work. They also didn't reply to my message here on the platform. It looks like the place is run in a traditional one. When it comes to everything digital, the place was disappointing

I liked that it was all clean, the beds were comfortable and the view was nice from our room. It wasn't very noisy even though the windows were open.

The internet was very slow. This was the only major issue. The hotel is on floors 5 and 6 of a building, therefore it is not too convenient if you carry a lot of heavy luggage, since you will only be able to reach it by lift. No breakfast.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean.

The rooms are dated, staine carpets in places etc, but within what you would expect at this price range. There was a TV provided but no kettle or facilities to make drinks etc.

The hotel provided a good base from which to explore Berlin. The room was spacious and the cleaners were excellent.

Little street noise coming to the room, but not very bad. The room might be hot during very warm summer days due to lacking air conditioning.

Nice, clean and spacious room (No 32) on the top floor. Functional bathroom was also spacious. For the price, the room is excellent. Metro stop close-by. Also restaurants and cafes all over with a short walk. The hotel doesn't serve breakfast anymore, but when getting out of the hotel building, there is just around the corner on the right hand side City Back cafe serving at an afforable price a rich selection of sandwhiches (good) and coffee.

The bed was terrible, no comfortable at all. The pillow.. god I hate German pillows. The worst. I wasn't able to get comfortable all night. The window was stuck slightly open so I could hear the cars all night. It seemed like one corner just wouldn't seal.

Location is good, it was cheap so you can't go wrong the staff were super nice. The room was really clean and well taken care of.
