The location is good. It takes 20 minutes by walk to city hall. There is a restaurant nearby, the restaurant is blood.it is easy to drive car to there.

For sure a problem was not enough parking spaces for everyone although the page offers "free parking". During the weekend it was not a problem to park in the nearby streets but during weekdays it might be rather expensive and complicated. The room and bathroom especially saw already better times and would require some renovation/refreshing. There was no tea/coffee and cooker in the room which is always a nice addition.

We stayed in the guesthouse which was just around the corner from the main building of the hotel. The check in and the breakfast where in the hotel building but it was not a problem as it is located very close. The room was very spacious and quiet. The location is truly great, very close to old town, in the rich and beautiful quiet area. There is also bus stop just next to the hotel if necessary. The breakfast was tasty and really enough to start the day although 18 euros per person I consider to be rather expensive.

A hot water kettle would have been a great plus to have a coffee in the morning. Otherwise everything was great!

We expected a bit more variety from breakfast since it was slightly more expensive than average, however it was overall very good.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and super clean. The Guesthouse is conveniently located very close to the city centre and we enjoyed the walks around Lübeck. Hotel staff was super kind and helpful and we had overall a great stay.

Lack of water in the room, I was expecting at least two small welcome bottles. No fridge in the corridor either. You have to go to the main hotel for water, which is inconvenient at night. There is no cooler, water only for purchase. The sofa in the room is very old and looks unsympathetic, the bathroom is also "tired" and requires rennovation. It would be nice to have a small kettle and tea in the room. If you replace the sofa and the curtains with flowers, the room would look prettier.

There are more rooms than parking spaces. The building is in a narrow residential street and parking seems quite competitive so if you have a parking space it's best to try and keep it. The shower was in the bath. It had a mixer tap.

To get the keys you go to a hotel around the corner in the next street, which is fine. The only people we saw were the hotel staff when we collected the keys. The place is within walking distance of the city centre. Our room was at the back of the building so there was no traffic noise.

We were located and the apartman house, not in the main building. They are near, no problem. In the apartman house the room and the bathroom are old-fashioned, I certainly would have not expected a curtain in the shower. But the room is spacious enough.

Breakfast was very good. The location is excellent, the city center is very near, on foot 10-15 minutes. The receptionists are helpful and friendly. Everything is very clean. We could park in front of the accommodation.

The room was cozy, though the bathroom was a little bit too small. We ordered breakfast on our second day of stay as it proved to be worthwhile compared to the city prices. That was good, the bacon was a bit dry though. Great location and friendly personnel.

Breakfast selection was underwhelming, would have liked to see a fruit platter, labelled juices, a milk jug rather than the store bought package, etc. Overall a bit more attention to detail to make guests feel welcomed would have been lovely. Paying for breakfast in the morning took a lot longer than expected.

The team managing the breakfast table service were lovely and attentive. The hotel’s location is in walking distance to the city, and parking was conveniently available.

The bathroom with the toilet - I'm not a fan of curtains in a shower + the toilet is not comfortable for someone of big size. No tea/coffee equipment in the room; no fridge.

We were in the guest house in the nearby street - there's a parking lot for 3 or 4 cars (no extra charge). Good location though you enter the old town from the back (the most famous buildings are on the other side of the island). Spacious room, armchairs, wardrobe. Breakfast and checking-in in the main building, but it's not a problem if the weather's fine. For check-in, you can park in front of the hotel for a moment (all the parking slots will most likely be taken) and then drive to the guest house.

Our beds were not not properly dressed with all the layers. We complained about the uneven service at the reception and at the second attempt they managed to solve the problem. They also invited us for breakfast for the inconvenience.

Nice location just outside the walls of Lubeck. very helpful and welcoming staff in the main facility (a fancier hotel nearby) where the keys are picked up. Good value for money. Nice and quiet neighbourhood.
