Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The chair provided for the desk in the room was too big, takes too much space and positioned very inconveniently.
Nothing much to write, i stayed for 1 night when i was on a work trip. They have comfortable rooms, hotel's location is only 5 minutes from the main station location and the staff was friendly.

Location is top and the lady at the front Desk, I guess the name begins with "k" was very helpfull. I mistaked my reservation and she helped me to try to solve the matter with a not refundable booking!

Not responding to guest's requests for corrective action. For example, the "Do not disturb/clean my room" electronic display and the telephone were dysfunctional in my room but were never repaired during the 5 days of my stay! Apparently, my request fell into deaf ears. I also was shouted at by an untrained junior staff for staying at the breakfast room beyond the closing time of 10:30. She had the audacity to call me out from behind and ask to vacate asap as they had a function coming up soon. Surprised that Accor has not trained the staff that "a guest is never shouted at" and that there are polite alternatives. I reported the event and the supervisor was kind enough to offer a routine apology while justifying the staff, missing the whole point in the process. This hotel has the potential to be rated at the highest level of 9/10 by paying attention to operational efficiency. Fantastic property!
Great location, cozy ambience and very clean rooms. This hotel is very well designed to give a comfortable stay. The house-keeping staff keep it very clean, especially the room. Within easy walking distance of the Central train station and nice restaurants. The Accor group quality is demonstrated in the design and comfortable features of the hotel!

Room is crowded with staffs. We may prefer simple and and pure room concept. Curtain color is very disharmonious.
Very closed to city centre and shopping centrums. Breakfast was delicious.

The location is not wonderful, there was a lot of drug taking around the train station and groups of people hanging around under the influence of drugs. Housekeeping came at 8:30am in the morning to clean the room, and came back again at 10, even on the morning that we were checking out. The Do Not Disturb button did not work.
The superior suite was perfect for myself, my husband and my 16 year old daughter as she had her own double bedroom to herself.

The location of the Hotel seems good but the street behind is really in a bad situation becaouse of clubs . you feel not safe at nights.

The location in not so tourist friendly part of the city just have to be aware of surroundings and local people on the streets
Nice hotel with good room and staff. Locate in centre of Frankfurt. All you need for a few day getaway.

Due to flight issue need to check out early, not able to enjoy breakfast. However, hotel not even offering any take away box with food or drinks at all. As 4 stars, seems lack of detail service standard.

Unsafe area with lots of drug users around. We only ever travelled in groups to and from hotel.
Rooms had everything we needed and breakfast was absolutely fabulous! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Close to the train station, so easy to access from the airport.

The neighbourhood is definitely not one where you want to stray from the main streets.
Reassuringly high level of security for accessing the hotel. You need to scan your room card to enter the hotel (after 8 or 9pm), to proceed beyond the lobby and to activate the elevator.
