Cleaning could be a bit more thorough. Especially the Kitchen. Also 1 toilet roll was not enough.

Good location in Feurbach; lots of restaurants around and a mega large Edeka a few hundred meters away and a smaller one even closer. The room as AC, which is needed in the summer. Very quiet at night, which is great. The Kitchenette is smallish but it works.

Had a hard time getting access to the building, never received the text, had to call and the person on the other end didn't speak very good English. But in the end, it all worked out. It was confusing where the parking spots actually were located, ended up parking in the street, and got a parking ticket 30 min. before we left. Advertised a washer and dryer, but it was actually a laundromat down the road. Didn't have 24 hour access to wash clothes when needed.

Location was good, room and bathroom was as pictured and clean. Very nice Bakery down the road to the left.

The television was our main problem. I called and was told someone will come and sort it out. That didn’t happen. We couldn’t get the news. There are no instructions in the room giving direction in the use of the TV. If it required payment, then unfortunately it was not stated.

Everything else. There is a big empty parking garage that you can’t use. The parking you can use is full in every direction. they never cleaned the room the whole month I was there. The first room had no power supply for the router so they moved me. the second room the stovetop kept tripping the breaker and not working. I asked to cancel the rest of the stay to move somewhere better and they refused.

When we arrived, the unit smelled of cigarette smoke, despite plenty of no smoking signs. We booked this apartment to have a kitchen, but it turned out the stovetop didn't work at all. Staff responds quickly on Whatsapp, but just told us "try to turn it on" as if that hadn't occurred to us. Old food from a previous guest was also in the freezer. There is a nice bathroom, but the water is lukewarm at best so showers are not enjoyable. Not worth the out of the way location, would not go back.

Spacious and decent bed. Easy check in, as long as you do it online in advance. Laundry was available, which wasn't on the listing.

It was a very clean, modern apartment and the access was easy with the access codes.

The sofa bed has a very thin mattress which bends in the middle and creaks while sleeping. You can hear the mattress creaking all night. It is so bad for your back. The main door does not fit properly and you can hear the neighbours clearly. Apart from that, the rest was good. But sofa bed is not acceptable at all. We asked a question about low emission zone in Stuttgart and we were never answered. Hence, host is not easily accessible. It would have been nice to have received a note alerting about entering a low emission zone as we were coming from abroad. Now we'll have a nice 100 Euros fine for not having the right sticker in our car.

The property is brand new and everything was good except for the sofa bed. Good shower and main bed was comfortable.

A bit tricky to find the entrance at first, but absolutely no problem once you are there.

Very comfortable and absolutely met our needs. Just a small walk from U-Bahn station. Super quiet, stable WiFi. Will definitely be my pick for next trips to Stuttgart.

I wasn't quite sure how to use the kitchen stove. My partner and I assume that it wasn't functioning properly. Other than that, great stay! And the problem with the stove would probably been an easy fix when contacting the service, which we didnt do because we had our own food with us. :)

The suite had everything necassery - from kitchen tools, to extension cables, a tv monitor which you can pull closer, a hair dryer, prepared coffee and tea. The easiest and most comfortable check-in and access to the room! Quite environment. Grocery stores, food restaurants and coffee shops as well as the tram just nearby. I will definitely book in the future as well!

There were no towels, the whole apartment smelled like cigarette smoke and felt dull and bleak. Some stories of the house were still under construction. „No staff, no reception“ …no service seems the policy.

Access was complicated. Instead of just getting an sms, you have a real check in procedure via the software and have to check when you get the access code. Apartment looks good on first sight, but : too few lights in the room, esp. nothing above or on the table. No comfortable chair or sofa, only dining chairs. I had the impression, that maintenance is a problem: The shower door was broken and the shower not accessible. I complained via the hotline, and got access to another room‘s shower. Door had the same problem, though shower was still accessible.

We were a family of three with a small child, and we payed for that, but the were only bed sheets and towels for two people. The room was unjustifiably dirty and it became an impossibly hard task to reach the service and beg them to deliver towels and bed sheets for our child, which only happened at the end of the second day after multiple calls. On top of all these, the second day the fire alarm kept ringing all night in the building and no matter how many times we asked for help (which was again extremely difficult to reach them via phone) no one came to our assistance and we were given no alternative option or solution to this terrible experience. Also they claim the offer assistance through WhatsApp but no one ever responded there (the message remains to this day unread).

it was overall a terrible experience which made it hard to enjoy the stay.
