Rooms insulation is zero. You can hear every sound and feel every degree celsius outside.

Spacious rooms and easy self check-in. The location of the hotel is also great to reach city center by both car and public transport.

WE did not have a TV remote in the room, the room was not properly cleaned as it had old water bottles behind the curtains from and earlier guest. The shower was very small in a very small bathroom.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff where very friendly. The bed was comfortable and clean so it was an okay place to stay for one night at a very good price.

The bad thing is that there is no a little fridge in the room. Wi fi is not reliable all the time and some rooms are near the road and train rails so during the day and night is noisy.

The bathroom was very small which made it difficult to move about there. Not the most clean place a lot of dust in the room.

The location of the hotel was great and the U-Bahn was right outside which made it easy to get to central by 10 minutes. The room was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable. Some reviews say it was quite noisy at night time but this was not the case at all. There are sockets and a light next to the bed which is useful.

Bathroom very small indeed,the noise outside at night,there is a tramline right outside which seems to run all night,there is a pub a few doors down and the people outside very noisy til the early hours,I presume its near a police station as there were also at least 5/6 police vehicles throughout the night with sirens passing by

The room was cold and it didn't get much warmer after I closed the window which I found tilted in the bathroom. Saving on heating is fine but don't understand why a window was left half open.

They had no AC and it was so hot, we could barely sleep that night.

The check-in process seemed complicated to me. I arrived around 21:00, but luckily there was a person at the reception. He helped with automatic check-in. I am not sure how I would manage it by myself.

Heating was good (it was snow in Stuttgart). The room was very simple, but totally ok. Good connections via tram or metro.

Wow, so misleading. There is NOT 24 hour reception, there are no facilities in the rooms, no kettle, no fridge, the WiFi is shocking. Really really bad. There was no way to contact anybody for anything. The toilet paper was almost empty, the tissues were empty completely and in the morning when talking to reception, they were so unhelpful or caring. We drove for hours and hours before arriving at this hotel and needed a coffee so bad. No kettle is a joke! Especially when I looked for a hotel advertising one. And no other option to get any type of drink. No vending machines etc. Also, there's no lift! By far, the worst hotel we stayed at in Europe by far!

The hotel was not clean. The showers were broken. The floor boards were broken at places. The shower curtains were not clean. Water did not drain properly in the shower. The floor had sticky dirt at places. Upstairs there was continuous loud noise whole night.
