I was sad that the restaurant was closed on a Sunday as it's such a popular day to travel through Europe due to no trucks allowed, but this was entirely my fault for not checking. The remote to our TV wasn't working and as it was sunday there was no reception to speak to directly about it, I could've called but it was such a minor thing, I didn't bother. Not a massive issue though as we had a laptop with us and some preloaded content to watch at night.

We have stayed here a couple of times before. We booked a family apartment even though there's just two of us and a dog, just so we have a bit more space, which for the little bit extra is nice. I sadly didn't do my research well enough and had forgotten to check that the restaurant on site isn't open on Sundays which we were very sad about, they do lovely food and are super accommodating to our dog being with us. We ended up buying a pizza across the road, just be mindful they only accept cash! Nice enough pizza. The Reception isn't open on Sundays either, but they were very lovely and had hidden our key for us, so we had no problem accessing the room.

I didnt like the food we have for dinner. However the breakfast was nice. We have the window to the street, that was a little bit noisy in the evening.

Nothing irritated me. It was a good hotel for our 2 nights there.ŭ

How central it was for the museum, walks and Osnabruck. Great base, great staff. I only gave the facilities a good rating because there was a wedding breakfast and we had to have breakfast in the annex, which was like a greenhouse because it was sunny. That aside, absolutely recommended.

I did not find any faults, except the staff did not speak English well.

The room was big and with good windows, the bathroom was big and clean. The breakfast was good with lots of chooses. There was good atmosphere and it fit perfect to our travel plans from Paris to Copenhagen.

Our room was in a well-designed house and the furthest from the restaurant and involved stairs and an outside walk. Not good for those of us with mobility issues. No curtains or blinds in the bedroom, just a very thin gauze so we woke up early because of the light. Very odd.

Convenient for our trip. Food was OK and staff were pleasant.

The bathroom door is see through so as long as you are good friends with everyone you are sharing with there is no problem!

The top floor apartment was perfect for us as a family of four. There was a little kitchenette area and dining table. There is also a lovely big covered balcony. The beds were very comfortable. We had a lovely meal in the Italian restaurant opposite which was ideal as we arrived late and the shops were all shut for Good Friday. There is a supermarket a two minute walk away as well. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

The bed! Very beautiful hotel, cozy, charming... but the bed isn't good. When you sleep and turn around it makes noise and you wake up with the noise. The mattress are individual in a double bad which isn't so confortable...

Everything is fine, staff super friendly and helpful, polite! The room is big, cozy, and decorated with love and care for detail, a lot of sunlight even during rainy days. Warming works perfectly. Breakfast is also nice, a lot of options of charcuterie, cheese and warm beverages, fruits, yogurt, etc.

Some confusion about the dishwasher fuse so it had dirty washing from previous stay. Bit remote.

We had booked a family suite which was large with good kitchen dining lounging areas and large balcony. Some beds in main area some in separate rooms. Great restaurant and breakfast on site. Plenty of parking and reasonably convenient to motorway whilst also being quiet.
