wifi connection is good and stable, room is clean and tidy, you can have everything you need. if you drive to there, you can park your car on the street, it's free from 23 at night to 9 next morning.

It wants to be a modern place, but it looks like a hostel, having the reception and the bar at the same place, loud music. The closets in the room have a totally unconfortable opening system

The breakfast area was being renovated at the time, so it's difficult to understand what normal was, but the guest kitchen was incredibly messy. It's not clear if guests were leaving all the dishes uncleaned, but we had to wash anything we wanted to use as it was all unwashed piled in the sink. Surely someone from the staff could have managed that situation better as it was like that the whole time we were there.

Firstly, the front desk staff were incredible, especially with our kids. Special thanks to Marco - our kids still think it's 'his' place because he welcomed us so well and engaged with them. The 5-bed room was a good size, and the beds were great - the kids (Ages 7, 5, 3) loved the bunks. We feel it could benefit from at least a small refrigerator because of the group style of room. The breakfast food was amazing, and the kitchen staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very very very cold. There were no heaters or extra blankets they could provide. I slept with many layers of clothes on. Don't recommend the place for winter.

Staff was nice and friendly and we didn't have any problems with our reservation. Location is great we could get to the center easily by using tram. The room was really big.

Cleaning must be done daily in rooms. My room one whole day I was in the room and no one visited the room for cleaning !!!. Toilet was smelling bad always being no water available in such toilets !

The garage doors would not open on several occasions and the phone did not work underground, so one of us had to go to the reception desk to let them know.

Good location, and good breakfast options. Kind staff offered us the public transport tickets, at a reasonable price.

This seems to be a hybrid hotel which is mix between a hotel and a backpackers. There are many school groups which stayed here and the noise was insane on some evenings up until 2 am.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, but in winter we had to request the temperature to be turned up as the room got quite cold. The kitchen is fairly well stocked to allow for home cooking, though the oven with the broken door (no door at all) was rather dangerous.

Asked the receptionist for a new box tissue, he didn't know and we got a new one from other staff on the next day. Washing machine was broken, it should have spare one and I have to spend money to wash at shop.

There was no heating. The only available heater was in the shower. The person by the window bedroom experienced a draft all night which combined with no heating and minus 4 degree was a little unpleasant.

The room was lovely. We travelled as a group of 5. We loved that shower and toilet been separated and that the sink was in the corridor before the toilet. So it wasn't toooo busy "in the bathroom" Location was great even with public transport. Clean and enough space. Lockers in the room. Where spacious enough for 2 cabin handbags each

Noisy neighbours(the noise traveling through the vents was kind of insane, somebody for sure was having a big party, not ideal if your a shallow sleeper), some safety concerns(somebody had messed around with our van, opening all non-locked hatches (to check if they can steal gas presumably)

The shared kitchen was in somewhat of a state of disrepair. The water pressure was very low, making it difficult to clean and there were a large quantity of dishes piled up on the bench tops. It seemed as though some renovations had recently occurred in the breakfast area of the hotel, so perhaps this area is next to be updated.

Attentive staff, clean amenities, good location. Plenty of seating areas in the bar area near the lobby and access to a 24/7 convenience store for any required items or snacks.

It depends on who you get matched into the room - my neighbors wanted to have dew drinks and evening chat which was a bit annoying.

We were there during Oktoberfest, which of course is a busier period on the city. The cleanliness of the hotel (especially outside the rooms) could be improved though... of course not everything can be managed in a matter of seconds, but still there were some times where the elevators and corridors were less clean than what would be expected for the price we pay.

Location is good, quite close to the Olympic Park, and has a tram station just in front, which easily connects you to the city center, around 15/20 min. Hotel in general is not extraordinary, but does the job

The shower was a little dirty, just a bit of limestone buildup from the water but it wasn't an issue really.

in our room, we only had a hand towel instead of a bath towel, which made taking a shower uncomfortable. Additionally, there was no place to put the shampoo and conditioner in the shower. On top of that, one of the bedside outlets was not working.

The room was clean and nice, and it was great to have the toilet in a separate room from the shower.

It’s cold at midnight because of the air conditioning. And yeah I have no other choice to stay in Munich at the Oktoberfest time I paid a fortune to 2 nights.
