the mattress wasn't confortable. very uneven , feeling like a hole in the midle...

the location was perfect, near train and metro station ! stores , mall and markets around ! very safe ! towels very clean !

Some confusion when checking in that almost resulted in me paying twice due to them not finding my payment info from bookings website. Although they did find it and all worked out.

Well decorated, beautiful hotel for a very good price. Clean rooms and good bar. Friendly staff. Location very close to Volksfest grounds.

Dog friendly, nice lobby if you need to have calls or work, decent coffee at the lobby, nice location: 5 mins walk from great park, 1 min walk from old city center

I loss a lot of time because when I came back to the hotel after a full day off, tired and willing to arrive to the bedroom, we found out that the parking was full, despite of the fact that I paid the parking in advance. The staff just w´said, you can wait out there and see if someone goes out, to what I said, no, I am on holidays, I am tired and I wont waste my time waiting. Then I asked to get my parking fee refund and I parked on the streets. But then the refund was not able to be done by the person who was on the shift, then I had to wait for another employee to do the refund, so in the end it was a nightmare. They need to train their staff better.

The room was ok, the location is centric, but not the nicest area of the citv, however we walked in the evening on the streets and parked our car also on the streets and it was ok. The breakfast seems to be a bit expensive for what it is and you can find many places to eat breakfast in the surroundings. The staff is kind.

It would be good to have a telephone facility available. The breakfast is a bit costly, nevertheless good, therefore it must be at ease for a guest to take however much one would like.

The facilities were satisfying to me, although the relativ small size of the room requires some adjustment, this was made up by a good standard in functionality, cleanliness and the balcony. There is a good atmosphere in the establishment and a fine nuance of individual respect among the guests.

A little bit pricey

Location is great! Transport hub and Supermarkets are just across the road. Kind of old town quarter with plenty of cafes, bars and shops.

They provide no water boiler and don't have any to rent. Very surprising. Not a good option for people bringing little kids who need hot water. If you want to become their member to earn a free breakfast, remember the free breakfast offer is valid only before you make the booking.

Very modern interior design and quiet room. Comfortable relaxing beds.

The mattress needed changing - did not support my back at all. Had to go to physio when I got back home. The pillows were hard as rock.

The location - close to tram and train. Excellent bar/restaurant round the corner.

There were not tea/coffee facilities in the nor or even something like a bottle of water. It was basically a room with ensuite. Despite also having a king size bed, the bed only had a single duvet.

Well placed for getting to and from Stadium but also a minute from tram line to take to Central station. Staff were pleasant enough and were kind to allow us to leave bags at the hotel to collect later in the evening

It would be nice to have water and tea/coffee appliances (for this room price at least). WiFi was not working at all.

Air con didn't go very cool leaving it a little too warm at night.

Room was very clean, modern looking room. Bathroom was very modern and very clean. Fantastic location to catch the metro into the centre.
