No floor heating in the bathroom and not much ventilation seemed to be there either. Rather expensive given that the stay was rather simple but the price was perhaps high due to football fans being in town. Not many toiletries (no conditioner or cream).

Room was small but nice. The windowsill is wide enough to sit there and just stare outside or enjoy a book. Clean room, great AC and nice view. Parking available just below the hotel. Great bar.

Not the property’s fault, but the central train station is getting renovated, so it was difficult to get to initially, as it’s not far from there.

Beautiful hotel the minute you step into it. The vibrant bar and cosy atmosphere made it a delight to hang in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy access into the city by foot, and 3 min walk to the central train station.

Hotel felt very modern and cosy. Very clean room with new bathroom, large tv screen and comfortable bed. There is a sofa-like area to lounge or read near the room window. AC worked well. Delicious breakfast. Great location (8min walk to Schloßplatz) and parking underneath the hotel (€15/day).

The man at the bar was clearly annoyed at me ordering a latte and not a beer as he rolled his eyes at me when I asked and made a joke to his colleague in German (which I did understand since I had taken some German lessons)….i understand it was during the busy euros time but was very rude to a paying customer

There are two locations very close to each other so I went to the wrong one first then had to walk to the second. My mistake.

Bar staff were quite offhand and rude at times. When asked for water to take to room (which of course we were happy to pay for) we were told there wasn't any even though we could see large bottles of water in the bar area. That was disappointing.

Breakfast was not included and was 25 euros for me and my 7 year old everyday. It was a small continental breakfast with very little variety so no where near worth the money.

Hotel is in a great location. Bar area is nice and the rooms were of a good standard. I also asked to extend a night which the hotel was able to accommodate.
