Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hotel was great, perfect for just two of us. Everything was clean and the location was perfect. There’s a tram station right outside the entrance of the hotel, or there is one a 10 minute walk away. The only downside was the cost of breakfast, i did feel that it was a little overpriced for what it actually was. But other than that it was a 10/10.

17 euro for breakfast (with no hot breakfast) I found a bit steep. There isn't really any shops nearby in walking distance. No gym

Limited garage space, although outside to park is also possible.
Overall, it is a good place to stay, breakfast and average impression are very good for this money.

Room a bit too tight and prices at the bar a bit expensive.
Clean and cozy room and nice bar downstairs. Very clean and next to public transport.

There is no Slippers ,no water and there is no cattle in the room
Location is good ,there is some tram stops nearby ,comfortable beds ,clean ,modern bath ,and kindly staff (also Turkish girl and Indian origin were very helpful ),also have good bar

Anxiety about car parking, but we got a space fine.
Came back for one night before heading to airport as we came earlier same week. Room clean aslnd staff very friendly. Easy access to town. Prepared about car parking this time too.

Parking - one night we had to park on the road which wasn't ideal.

Room a bit small, but sufficient. Breakfast crowded, enough seats (also lobby and bar spaces were used) but long line for the only food counter.

Rooms are kinda small. We stayed on the first floor, the receptionist couldn't give us a higher floor. So no nice view for us.
Good location. Easy access by car at arrival and tram to make trips to the city center of Stuttgart.

the receptionist promised to confirm the booking over booking but never did. still trying to communicate five days after but without significant success.
Location is quite good with being near to the main station and having U-Bahn Station right in front of the hotel.

We were having some lunch in the lobby area as we were waiting to go to an appointment and an older gentleman was watching us for a long time after eventually coming up to us, saying we need to eat in our room. What is the lobby area for then? He was quite rude and made us uncomfortable.
Lovely decor, very friendly check in staff, the breakfast was great with loads of options, as vegetarians we were very happy.

The wardrobe was not big enough for my girlfriend's liking :)
There is everything you need in this hotel. It was perfect for the price. They allow pets, the staff was nice, the room was clean, there are bus stops right outside the hotel, if you use public transport. There was breakfast, as well as an underground parking. I was surprised.

Room size was a little smaller which resulting in us getting 2 rooms my friend had a bigger room however.
Indian staff member working night shift was extremely hospitable and made our stay a great pleasure.
