Bar prices a bit more in comparison to city prices & not expected. Air conditioning can be a bit noisy.

Staff very pleasant & helpful. 24 hour bar area with lots of TV’s around. Outside area to the rear was pleasant & safe. Late night garage 5 mins walk away.

Although hotel is new and in great condition my experience was not great. I booked a double room for 2 but only had a single duvet and one set of towels. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. No one on reception when I tried to check in.

The reception staff were excellent, super friendly and when I first arrived to check in they could not have been more friendly and welcoming to me. Made me full super comfortable and at ease with my arrival. The room was clean and modern and had exactly what I needed, the shower and bed both very good.

No laundry facilities. Only food available was breakfast. There were supposed to be sandwiches available in the bar, but we never saw any menu there. Also location was not close enough for us to walk anywhere to eat.

We upgraded room when we arrived. The original room was very small for a 2 week stay The second room was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful and for us they spoke very good English.

The room was too small and the bed was hard and sloped outwards so it felt as if you were falling out. The curtains were not black out.

Everythig about this hotel was great. Rather affordable compared to other similar hotels, very comfortable and clean and the staff is as lovely as possible!! Definitely recommend!

I stayed for 2 weeks and there were no satellite channels. I didn't watch TV entirely in my stay.Entertainment zero. Breakfast does not change repeatedly and long stays It's not the perfect hotel. No intercom or telephone in the room. Every time we need to run to the reception, if we need any help. No dinner or lunch basically no dinning in the hotel. We need to manage the food from outside but nearby there is no convenient or super market or restaurant. No complementary or coffee in the room. We even need to buy water from the hotel bar.

Check in was quick. The rooms were clean and functional. There were restaurants just walking distance from the hotel.

I can't believe how cheap the room was and how fancy everything looked! We are traveling all over Europe and we stayed in hotels triple the price we paid per night in Motel One and they were filthy, old, bed not comfortable. You are not gonna have this problem here! Breakfast - amazing variety (also vegan), bed - sooo comfy, rooms - i have asthma and its important to stay in clean places especially dust free and everything was spotless in our room. Local transport is right Infront of the hotel and you can reach every point of the town. About 7 minutes from bahnhof by tram. Staff was also very friendly. Thank you for the amazing time!

Room is small, but this is expected if you stayed in Motel One before and it was OK for us.

I really like Motel One in general. Great price for what offers (clean and nice design)
