We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesAlthough the hotel is right across from the airport, it wasn’t easy to get to the hotel. There were actually 2 buildings called Mövenpick and I first went to the wrong one and had to walk a long way to get to the correct building. Also, there are almost no sideways.
Impecable property. The shower was gorgeous with that through window facing the bedroom! What a creative, modern design! I loved it!

GermanyThe prices of this hotel are like a yo-yo. Have stayed for about €100 for two people and this booking was over €150 for one person. I know they raise the prices considerable when they have a conference or a trade fair is taking place.
Location! Out the door and into the airport. Can't beat that. Have stayed here on numerous occassions and the convenience is not to be topped. Check in was easy and friendly. I got a nice upgrade on this stay. The room was very nice and comfortable. There are varous facilities here such as a nice bar and a wellness area. I did not have time on this stay to take advantage. Will be back!

The clerk ignored me and asked for the male colleagues surname and said there is no bookings under that name, after I had now said twice it’s under my name. Then found my booking. This was the only negative.

United StatesHotel seems to use a perfume rich air freshener that lingers in the public spaces which triggered some sinus problems for me. Luckily the same was not used in the rooms.
Conveniently located right by the airport- 2min walk and good sound insulation to sleep well despite busy location. Staff was very professional and friendly - despite having to manage a large crowd of people checking in due to flight cancellations. Hotel uses paper forms for check in which slows the process in this situation but with prebooking the process was quite fast.
