The breakfast choice needs improving

The breakfast was ok, but it could be a bit more varied, it's a standard minimum. And I couldn't connect my device to the TV, the process is quite complicated.

Great hotel with excellent staff! I really liked the friendliness of the girls at the reception: they spoke excellent English, were very polite. The room was great, very cozy and comfortable. Everything is clean. The Internet worked well.

Nice clean hotel, good breakfast, you couldn’t hear anything from the outside or from the other rooms - big plus considering it is next to the train station. Would stay here again:)

Would've liked to have our two rooms on the same floor (traveling as a family with kids) but apparently there were no two rooms available on the same floor. Minor nuisance though..

Comfortable & sufficient for what we needed. Really liked the lobby lounge - great hang-out area. The breakfast buffet was also really good and worth the money.

Location a bit doggy, a bit noisy from the street and train. Reception staff was difficult to reach on the phone, answered and left phone unattended, had to call several times. Once F2F all good.

Queen-size bed was waaay too soft and springed a lot, maybe good for people ~70kilo Also bit strange sequence of light switches, where one was not working at all. But not a critical problem

The mattress and pillows are not very comfortable. There is no restaurant in the hotel to have proper dinner

Hardly any vegan breakfast options. Some fruits and oats. According to staff, none of the breads were vegan. Seating in room felt tight for 2.

The air conditioner was turned off, as it was wintertime, though I would have liked the room to be a bit colder!

The hotel is really close to the Dresden-Neustadt train station, so it was really easy to get around the city, but you're also right in the heart of Neustadt, with a lot of fun bars and restaurants. We arrived very later after train delays and the staff was really kind to us, giving our dog a whole bag of treats. While we didn't get the breakfast, but it looked very tempting. The room was small and cozy, with everything we needed right at hand. For its price, Moxy is a great deal in Dresden.

Daily room service did poor job refreshing the towels and picking old ones from the floor. Beds also were redone very lightly, dirty coffee cups not removed two days in a row.

Generally happy and would stay here again. Only issue were the lifts taking me on a few journeys up and down before being taken to the right floor!

Very convenient location (appreciated how easy to get to after a delayed flight!) and comfortable, smart room with nice, thoughtful facilities. Very pleased I chose this hotel.

Not having a kettle in room. But hot machine water by side of reception, free to obtain. But coffees and teas require sign-up to Bonvoy- Marriott Hotels which we didn't wish to do. No room safe or fridge, but it's a great place for a short stay.

Convenient from Dresden Neustadt main Railway station. And for trams into the city and attractions. A Lidl nearby for salads and wraps etc, all larger and cheaper than UK. Staff very helpful friendly, and room had USB ports. Basic but comfortable. And an excellent shower.

Centrally located in Dresden Neustadt, with lots of pubs, bars and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Perfect stopover on my way to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. The train station is just 3 minutes away.

It was modern and hip and It was very close to the train station. The receptionist was the best, she was most helpful and gave us great information about the city.

Little dirty places in room. The climate control in room didn’t work properly, so it was cold, and I couldn’t manage to raise the temperatures there (but it could be a mistake from my side).

The location is perfect - next to the train station. Perfect for business trips. Bed and room in general is comfortable for living. And of course, the people are pleasant and friendly.

The location of the hotel is a bit challenging for walking, so having a car or using transportation options would be more convenient.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, offering us great suggestions on where to go and what to see as non-locals, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Nice and beautiful rooms.

Very stylish room with comfortable bed. Personnel was very nice and welcoming. Private underground parking was a huge plus. Hotel is near Dresden train station and about 15 minutes walk to the city center

Breakfast was very good, varied and very good coffee. The hotel's location is very good, close to the train station. 15-minute walk to the most important sights of Dresden. The hotel has a small parking lot, fortunately, you can park a car on the street. Parking is paid from 9 to 24. Despite the proximity of the railway tracks, the rooms are quiet.
