Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesVery comfortable, clean and quiet. A little pricey but not enough to prevent staying there. We got much needed rest after a 11 hr flight with an additional 7 hr layover.

Czech RepublicNot much really. Again, quick an easy step to stay in during a lay over.
I stayed at this hotel multiple times already. It's convenient for an overnight stay due to the connecting flights. Clean, easy to get to, convinient.

KazakhstanThe space was quite small for 2 people, and the shower has a glass wall. It was also quite expensive but we didn’t have any other option in the transit area of Frankfurt airport.
The reception staff was great, our flight was diverted back to Frankfurt airport and they were very helpful. They also allowed us to check out later, since our rebooked and then delayed flight was at 3PM.

United StatesThe only small drawback (as others have pointed out) was the silly design of the mirror and cupboard above the sink which almost blocked the sink, making it rather difficult to brush ones teeth!
Having a place to stay inside the international departure corridor was ideal. The room was small but comfy and clean.

SingaporeThe air-conditioning seems not being able to adjust so room was quite warm at night. The signs at the airport which direct to the hotel was misleading and we had to ask around, we met a couple of others also got lost in the airport.
Overall met my expectation as a transit hotel, good location and no need to go outside of the airport, small room but you have all essential things you need.

United StatesLobby area was small and crowded. Sink in bathroom was too close to the mirror. Difficult to wash one’s face and brush one’s teeth without hitting one’s head against the mirror and without getting the floor wet.
Location past security. No need to go through security again before going to one’s international flight. Free coffee and tea in the lobby area.

United StatesI went online for the contactless checkout. I have a compromised immune system, and I wanted to avoid contact with as few people as possible. It was anything but. I still had to wait at reception, give my passport, and interact with the reception. I had also booked a room with a view. I was initially given a windowless room, faraway from the reception in a lengthy, labyrinthine hallway, which I found unacceptable, especially since I am disabled. The reception desk apologized and gave me a nearby room. Also, the hotel should alert their guests, particularly those with mobility issues, in advance that there are no nearby restaurants, and two purchase a meal before reaching the reception desk. The closest restaurant was a 10 minute walk away, which is nearly impossible for me, especially in the late evening. The snacks offered by the hotel were Ramen and chips, both of which I cannot eat because they cause inflammation and me trigger a flareup of one of my autoimmune diseases. Additionally, why not supply guests with the key card that allows changing the thermostat of the room? My room was too cold for me, and no matter the correct buttons that I selected, the temperature remained the same. I had to request the reception desk to come help me. Unfortunately, I had to walk to the reception desk, since there was no way to request help from the Front Desk, other than walking over in person. There really is no assistance for those with disability concerns, especially those with limited energy.
The view was exactly what I wanted in an airport hotel, accessible directly from Terminal 1. It was quiet, spotlessly clean, efficiently planned out, and the bed was comfortable. I liked the free coffee/cappuccino/hot chocolate.

United StatesThe Frankfurt airport terminal 1 is huge, has multiple levels and multiple branches. The terminal signage is very poor, making it hard to easily find the hotel which is tucked away on a top floor. The elevator to the entrance is all the way to the back of one of the Z gate branches at gate Z25. The elevator is insured by a passenger gate that can be so crowed with people one has to pass through a vast sea of travelers wait to board a flight. Once your find the elevator all is fine. The hotel would do well in giving detailed step by step directions to gate Z25, because it is not easy to find from the lower levels of the Terninal.
Proximity to flight gate, hotel within airport terminal for international flight. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable and quiet.

IndiaThere need to be instructions for guests who are going to arrive late, as the route that you need to take to get to the hotel is complicated and not the one that is clearly marked.
