Perfect position, the room and the shared bathroom were clean and comfortable. Shared fridge available. Kettle with tee and coffee in the room.

The shared bathroom. Every time someone would take a shower the bathroom would get flooded because there is a gap in the shower door, so it would get very messy in there. It’s noisy, people slamming doors all the time.

Location was very good, waking distance to the bus that takes you to the castles as well as train station. The tea was nice.

The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. Free parking and location to town. Short walk to the town was added bonus.

Difficult to find. Sat nav takes you to cafe at front of hostel. No one at reception. Key in room door, instructions on reception door. Room a bit small, without en suite facilities. Internet a bit iffy.

Five minutes walk from city centre. Free off street parking for motorbikes, but not secure. Room clean. Room came with free bus pass and discount codes for attractions.

there wasn't much that we didn't like, it was simply exactly as we expected. The price is a bit high but also expected for touristic places / cities.

Easy check-in process, no tricks or anything similar to get us to pay extra. Even though we didn't meet any of the staff but they left messages explaining everything in an extremely friendly way

There were no staff the entire time I was there (it's self check-in) and the only way to contact them is via WhatsApp. Very poor customer service. The wifi did not work for most websites, due to a server error, though this may be fixed in the future. No towels in bathrooms (nothing to dry your hands).

The location is great, so close to the train station and to the centre of the city. The rooms are nice too, decently soundproof and comfortable. It's a great price, so good value overall. I'd stay again, but some parts are lacking for sure.

A property used to receiving tourists from all around the world should at least type the important messages for the guests in some other language than German. The entrance was not the address in the reservation and it took ages for us to find someone who could lead us to the back door.

We were able to check in early which was a great help. Check in was easy and room was comfortable and clean. You get a guest card which allows you to use the local buses for free

Quality of blankets can be improved. I stayed there for 3 nights and never saw the receptionist during entire stay, so don't know if you need something or want to complain then to whom contact. All the time office was closed.

Location was superb. Just 5 mins walk from central station.

I was disappointed to see that they provided a kettle with 2 paper cups, but no te or coffee. For what we paid I felt it was not really right. Also, nobody was there to guide us, we had to ask to the cafe downstairs to understand how the hostel worked.

Unfortunately we found the rooms very noisy, so we did not sleep well. We could easily hear people talking in the hallway and bathrooms. We initially were given the wrong room at check in, but this was solved quickly.

Rooms were comfortable and functional. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. Location of the hostel was very good, just a short walk to the town centre, train station etc.

Tea and coffee maker (water kettle) was missing although tea, sugar and cups were there. Laminate flooring was squeaking, bunk beds had flimsy or missing safety railing.

Mattresses were comfortable, bed linen was clean and fresh, shared bathroom was clean but needs some update, checking in and out was no problem, location to visit Neuschwanstein castle and others is great.

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our stay. When we reported our problems to the Hostel, they did not take any responsibility and did not even compensate us. This hostel has an insecure check in system. When we first entered our room the door was unlocked and the key was behind it. Also one of the beds was in this state as in the photo! So either it wasn't cleaned or someone just went in and slept while we were away because the door was unlocked. This is not an acceptable situation. There is also no insulation inside the hostel. We had to listen to the shouts of drunk people all night. Shared bathroom and toilet in the same place and only one.
