In front of hotel is quite busy with people and dirty as it is located opposite to the main station. However; the hotel staff on the ground floor always make sure that everyone who come inside are hotel guest or else they are asked to go out.

The hotel is just across the street from the main train station and is conveniently located close to the meeting point for most tour groups. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast buffet is very extensive.

Very good location, just 5 mins walk from the main train station. Public transport to nearby tourist attractions are easy. Hotel offered us free buffet breakfast but we didn't take it as we needed to catch an early train leaving the city. However, they offered each of us a pack up lunch box. Love it.

Only thing i dont like is the room is pretty small for this pricing, and it would be good to have a few cloth hanger.

Have stayed about 7 different hotels on this trip, and NH did provide the best service by far especially the staff. Appreciate all the help given and response was really quick. Also staff have good manners as compare to most Europe hotels. Location is really really good is just right next opposite to main station and old town.

Location was exceptional, walking distance to all the local markets, Marianplatz, shops and of course directly opposite the train station. The amenities were great. The room was super clean, bathroom had new styling and was clean and well stocked with soaps, shampoo. Gym was a bonus and the room servicing was lovely.

Nothing much. There are some homeless around hotel which I think are harmless and they don’t disturb you.

The location is near central station and is about 15 minutes walk to Marienplatz with shopping and Christmas market. You can also walk to Viktualienmarkt which is a farmer and food market. There are good eateries near the hotel such as roast pork at Ayginer and noodles at Slurp Nulderbar. The room has 2 double beds and is spacious enough for my family of 4. The breakfast spread is one of the best with a wide variety of food. The room temperature is warm enough for winter. The reception staff are friendly. The room is kept clean everyday. If you are considering day tours, radius tour is just at the next building which is convenient for tourists.

Excellent location. Just walking distance to the train station. Also walking distance to Marienplatz which is the centre for shopping, restaurants, tours, farmer's market and the historical centre. The rooms are comfortable with great bay windows and sweeping views of the city. Good size bathroom that is equipped with everything.We didnt get breakfast but there are many cafe's close by to get coffee/tea/sandwiches. The hotel is close to the tram stations and bus stops with so many lines running across it's front. There is a DM (cosmetic store) next door which is awesome for every kind of cosmetics, a supermarket and dept store also close by. You cant go wrong staying at such a comfortable hotel. It is great value for money.

Cleaners didnt do proper job as we could still see stains in the toilet bowl and the cleaner also left his/her cloth on the desk. We were given rooms in different floors although had requested rooms close to each other (as traveling with children) many months prior. Worse still, the lifts would not allow guests to go up from one level to another (can only go down from guests' floor), so we had to go through the staircase. Lifts are small and always crowded - with one lift broken down.

Located next to the central bahnhof. Big and spacious rooms. Sizeable and comfortable beds.
