Great location in the city center of Frankfurt - a lot of nice spots can be easily reached by walking. The hotel features a modern interior. Breakfast is delicious - we can highly recommend to try.

The reception was quite slow, of the three receptionist looks like only one was entitled to help us with the check in. Also, this person didn’t speak any German, which I found a bit weird. Nevertheless they were extremely kind and helpful.

Breakfast was amazing, continental but german style, very rich and varied, the Frankfurter Kranz was very good and way better than in the most famous bakery in town ( where it was pretty stale) ! The hotel is brand new and decorated with a modern style. Rooms are simply furnished but are very comfortable. Shower is big and comfy, with all the essentials.

All personal should be polite and helpful and bathroom cleaning should be improved.

Location is excellent, rooms comfortable, breakfast fine, and some of staff was amazing, very helpful and polite (Alex and Cristina were very helpful, and professional). There was also one very unpleasant guy but fortunately at the afternoon, when we needed support for taxi organization for business trip for early morning next day, Cristina was amazing and support us. So thanks to Cristina and Alex final impression is very good.

We booked a suite for our stay as a family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, and all essential toiletries were thoughtfully provided. The sauna available for hotel guests was a highlight for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The bed is very comfortable too. A delightful touch was the seasonal welcome corner in the lobby, offering festive drinks, gummies, and Christmas cookies—it added a warm and festive vibe to our stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless and efficient. The hotel staff were polite, attentive, and patiently addressed all our questions. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d highly recommend this hotel!

One lady receptionist spoilt the great experience. Was rude when following up at hourly intervals whether room was ready. Chewing gum at the front desk in view of customers by this female receptionist was the final straw. One person spoils a great overall experience

Hotel provide discounted ticket for parking but it is still expensive (24 euro). It would be nice to have cheaper options.

The hotel’s location is very good. The room was large with a huuge bed, it was bery comfortable for us since we have a toodler. It’s a nice hotel, totally would stay again.

Hotel is in a great location, staff are always available and very friendly, multi-lingual and so welcoming it was a pleasure staying here! Rooms were spotless and very modern, and if you hire a vehicle there are plenty of car parks around - but everything is walking distance! Went as a family (2 young children, one adult and 2 OAPs) and everything was very easy and accessible for everyone.

We has a nightcap at the bar. Where I sat in the sofas I found this aquard and bad smell, like someone had peed behind the furniture. I didn't want to stop at the bar again due to this.

The closeness to the Zeil is the main reason for me to choose this hotel.

This is probably just me in my old age, I couldn't get comfortable in bed, sore back 2 mornings in a row. Breakfast is extortionate price, 28 euros per person, mcdonalds is 5 mins away and probably better food.

Beautiful hotel Alex looked after us at reception and I can honestly say he was outstanding at his job, a huge asset to the hotel, very warm personality and very helpful. Lovely rooms very quiet, so close to the main tourist areas, maybe 5 minutes walk.
