No espresso machine in my room, everything else was great, it is a special hotel indeed.

The quirky and fun style made my stay truly special. Everything followed the Tante Alma theme, with plenty of surprises that made me stop and think—which I loved! The staff was also wonderful.

The immediate surrounding area is not the beat laze evening. Nothing the hotel could chabge, immer city vibes.

Excellent, quirky and comfortable option in a prime location in the centre of Mülheim, near to the train station, shops and river. Highly recommended.

Everything was good. The only small thing was the hand soap (small bar) was a bit small and not so nice.

Great value, great location, great staff. Room was very clean and had everything one would need. The room is perfect for single travellers, not too small and with a private bathroom. Love the shampoo/body wash product provided as well. I arrived past the regular check-in and the staff made everything easy and comfortable. I’ve stayed here twice and can only recommend!

The shower door sealant needs to be fixed. It leaks then floods the bathroom floor whenever we use the shower. No dresser or drawers for clothes.

The hotel is so unique with its ambiance and decor. It was quick and easy self check in and check out. Clean room. Location was perfect for us. Close to shops and station.

Great location in city centre. Short walk to shops, bars and railway station. Metro even nearer but didn't use it. Welcome drink of egg nog was unusual and nice touch.

It was an unsually warm summer night, I was very tired and didn't ask but I am sure if you ask you shall receive a ventilator for your room during such nights. Just a heads up for any other summer traveller.

The Staff was very helpful, I was new and practically stranded because I was not sure about the U-Bahnstation connectivity, the reception staff handled it wonderfully and helped me get to my business meeting in time! She called the Taxi multiple times until they reached, I just want to say Thank you Tante Alma, I really appreciated it! I would recommend it to anyone staying overnight in Mülheim. I also had other requests like I forgot my dental care kit and needed to keep my luggage in the hotel during the meeting so I could immediately leave. The staff was friendly and helped me out on all counts. I can only recommend.

This hotel is simply amazing! Stylish, super clean rooms, delicious breakfast... Staff was extremely helpful. I needed to wash the laundry and they did all they could to resolve the technical issue. Thank you!

The mattress was not comfortable and not evenly horizontal. But this is not a big deal.

Nothing that I can think of.

The hotel is located close by to the train station and just a few steps away from public transport. You will be greeted by a very friendly and welcoming lady at the reception and you will immediately see that the whole hotel is kept in a very well maintained condition. The room offer enough space for either work, sleep or have a good bath and although there wasn’t AC and was quite hot outside, the temperature inside remained quite comfortable. One can open the window, but depends where the room stands, you might get street sounds from the alley of the more noisy street, nevertheless I was able to have a good night sleep. The bed was actually very comfortable! The bathroom offers enough space and the furnishings are tip top. The was hand soap and shower gel, towels naturally included. I wish I had found this stay before other private (worse) apartments which I have booked before in the area! Breakfast can be ordered separately, but just outside the hotel there are many options to choose from. Definitely a well worth stay here and I hear there’s also a garage to store bikes in case you come for a rightly deserved vacation!
