Music in the lobby leaked up to our room and we couldn't sleep all night because of it. It wasn't objectively loud, but in the dead of night when everything else is silent it was a constant obnoxious thumping. You don't need to play music in the lobby ALL NIGHT. There was also a mixup with the keys. The staff did not put our room key in the right spot so when we arrived we couldn't get into our room until they told us to just try all of the keys on our door.

Location was fantastic. Had a nice view of the street. Price was great too!

The location is very good, everything is very clean, there is a separate bathroom for girls, there is a big bathroom with a hair dryer; I requested to book for one more night and then because a friend canceled it temporarily, I canceled it for free, I am very sorry; I highly recommend it, and I hope that I will definitely stay here again when I go to Fussen .

It's a self check in/out and there is no staff at the hostel and the front door codes they send you are valid starting 3:00 pm, it's not possible to store your luggage earlier. So they wasted a whole day for us since we were not able to move much with our luggages. There is only one female/male bathroom (each including 1 toilet and 2 showers). So all the males/females in hostel share one toilet. And they even ran out if toilet paper but as mentioned earlier there is no staff to ask them for more toilet paper. The music that was played in the bar was very loud and played all night long (although no one aas sitting there) but no way to control it (again no staff), and we couldn't sleep well because of it. Finally, the room we had was very small with a raised bed, yet very expensive.

The location is amazing, right in the city center.

bad pillows the hostel confirmed that we can leave the bags at the reception, however, when we arrived door was closed until 6 pm the luggage storage at the railway station was broken, so we were 2 hours in the cafe missing our vacation in Fussen the have a SOS contact number on the mail box which is not reachable

One shared bathroom for each floor when each room hosts around 6 people. Waiting for the bathroom is a real problem. Furthermore, no soap/shower gel in the shower. Also no towels although they were supposed to be provided for the private rooms.

The rooms were cozy and clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. They let us bring our own drinks and snacks in the common area downstairs.

They can't entirely control comfort, especially for a hostel, but it was a discomfort waiting for the bathroom while sharing the floor with many people that took very long.

Location was great, and above that staff/operator was welcoming and super helpful about local activities and how to get about the city and visit the castles.

fantastic stay for our family, our 5 children loved to sleep in such cozy room with Harry Potter theme! In the city center easy access to any shop , restaurant or service needed.
