We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SwitzerlandIt may be great if you could feature the gym with some mats for training on the floor or yoga exercises. It's the only thing that I missed ;)
Quiet hotel, relaxing interiors. Rooms are very well sound-proof, hardly you hear the traffic on the road. Location is very convenient: city centre easy to reach on foot as well as by public transport. Staff kind and welcoming. The fitness room is very well equipped with machines.

United KingdomWhen I arrived the onsite restaurant was closed so I had to make other arrangements for dinner. I wanted to upgrade my room but was told I couldnt until the next day as their had been a fire alarm and the higher floors werent in use, which seemed like a very odd excuse. I didnt bother with the upgrade in the end as I really didnt want to re-pack my things to move the next day. WiFi wasnt very strong. The onsite shop/snack kiosk was very expensive - over 3EUR for a small bottle of water is ridiculous. Overall I dont think this hotel represents value for money as its daily rate is expensive.
The front of house staff were very friendly, helpful and all spoke perfect English which made things very easy. The location of the hotel is great - lots of great shops and cafes are nearby and within walking distance to Suttgart Central Station for trains. Breakfast selection was good

Room always kept extremely clean during our 3 nights stay. Room was quite big, besides the room air conditioning was quite well. Bed was comfortable for a continuos sleep. Staff was so helpful and their hospitally was perfect. Breakfast is also highly recommended.
