Wifi - iOS users have problems accessing the network as it doesnt have a password and is not secure.

Great location, 4min walk to the central train station. People working in the hostel are very friendly and helpful. Big kitchen and shared spaces.

The hostel is located near by a main train station and very easy to access. The host is welcoming and the aminities provided are well suited to accomodate the numner of people per room.I did not fear for my safety nor my privacy.

The place is exactly as advertised, well-kept with functioning equipment, clean rooms and a decent breakfast. The staff is very welcoming as well. There is a shared kitchen which is quite nice. All in all a great price to quality ratio.

The room and bathroom were smaller than I imagined. We got a shared 4 bed room only for us, but I imagine that it would be uncomfortable sharing a room this small with strangers. Also no breakfast at the hostel in the days we stayed there, minor inconvenience.

Very good location, nice staff and nice common areas. Big storage area to live the bags before check in or after check out.

The location is close to the central station and within a walking range to the cathedral, the old market and shopping district. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will be staying here, if I make it back to Cologne again.

The beds and pillows very uncomfortable. The bedsheets were super clean but with many holes. There was a lot of noise from the nearby big street - from ambulances, cars and people. I had to wear earplugs and they saved me. The room was slightly cold and there was no way to regulate the temperature (we stayed In a double room). there was no place to put toiletries and n the shower room in which there was no lamp. overall, very good value for the money but can have some minor improvements.

Very centrally located with spacious community rooms; staff was very friendly and nice. Good water pressure in the bathroom.

I had a few questions as well as changes to do before our arrival. Both times the staff on the phone gave me long, far fetched answers which just weren’t genuine but felt more like a waste of my time. Also for a hostel I’d expect some small degree of professionalism. The outside area closes at 22:00.

Since the hostel I situated pretty central it was easy for us to reach our destinations by foot. The beds were comfortable & the property is clean, fairly new with a full kitchen.

Me and my boyfriend were overwhelmed with the personal service from the kind hearted and funny Lidia. She was informative with telling us what can we do, where can we go; and also caring with my instant issue🤧 Overall, the place was super clean, I mean what a kitchen though :) and all the staff were seemed delightful and enjoying working there. I highly recommend going there.!

The only reason why I gave 9 and not 10 is because the shower was not properly clean and there were hair all around which was not that pleasant to see.

The hostel was really nice, with comfortable beds and the possibility to set the heater' temperature in the room (non-centralized system). Common areas well organized with free water dispenser and also common bathrooms (in addition to those in the rooms) which were very cleaned. Position was perfect, 5 min by goot from platform 11 of Cologne train station. Check in was also possible between 3pm which I highly appreciated and staffs was really nice. One more point was given by the possibility to store your luggage after check out. A storage room is provided for the cost of 2€ (+5€ deposit for key, which are later refundable) for the whole day. This price is very convenient since price in the train station starts from 3€ for 30min.

there was a strange smell in the room that I couldn't explain and did not go away. even though the windows were closed it was quite noisy, might be very noisy for some.

the location was great, right next to the central station, easy to walk to everywhere to explore Cologne. room was super clean and tidy. staff was very helpful and friendly, and towels, lockers, kitchen, laundry etc. everything was available.
