United KingdomThe code we were given was incorrect and we were only able to get in with the help of other newly arrived guests. Only 1 bulb was working in the central room light. The door to the balcony was difficult to use. The shower holder broke. The bathroom had a slightly unpleasant odour.

GermanyIt is a bit away from the train station and the center, but really well connected. The wi-fi was a bit unstable at times. Extra blankets would have been nice.
The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. We stayed for a night, but the room is perfect also for a longer stay. The balcony had a nice view on the river. The hosts were also super kind - we arrived late and they guided us through the self check-in procedure with a lot of patience, despite us calling them late.

EstoniaBreakfast was served from 8:00 to 10:00 and was over by 8:30. The staff speaks only German, is unprofessional and not open to communication. When it was noticed that we have a dog, an additional fee of 10eur was asked. It's strange that it wasn't mentioned anywhere before. Large construction machines started working early.
I really liked that you could check in at any time of the day. Parking is nearby and free. The location was nice, by the river. There was coffee and tea in the room.

SwedenThere was no information before my arrival at 17:30 that the reception was unmanned and there was only a handwritten note on the door with phone numbers. There is no WiFi and the 4G connection in the area is very bad.
Nice large room with a comfortable bed. Outside the room there was a balcony overlooking Oder, with a table and chairs. Nice bathroom. Breakfast is available if ordered when you arrive. I would recommend a stay here if you want a nice and quiet room close to the city centre.

ChinaNo breakfast available at all, though on the frontpage it says optional! I have to endure my hungry stomach which made me feel very unhappy. The clerk is not willing to issue an invoice for my stay! I sent my company information by SMS to the lady and called her to ensure she has received the SMS. She promised to send invoice before the weekend. After one week I still hasn't received, so I called again and the lady again promised to send before weekend. After another two weeks I still got nothing, so I contacted booking.com for help, but the lady still didn't send the invoice to me. Very upset about the service!! I have never encountered any lodgings like this!
Location is nice, near to the boarder river. It's convenient to go to Poland.

GermanyI did not liked the place because I have stayed what time more or less will arrive. My train was late and I arrived later. The property was locked and no one was picking up the phone… It was freezing and I was standing with my two cats waiting to enter the property. After some time Ukrainian couple picked up my phone and they were trying to tell me how to get the key. in the end it turned out that the keys are hidden next to the main door. My question is why no one could simply send me the code to get the keys? That was horrible, because I was super worried about my cats. This is not responsible, because they were informed also that I am coming with my pets. I did not even seen anyone from the property staff, neither they contacted me. No Wi-Fi, no response for my text messages and for calls. Dear Booking Team, please remind them to treat the guests like real guests.
