Very cozy and quiet. Located close to the metro and city center. Lots of restaurants, shops nearby. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend.

The lights within the room were a little dim but it wasn't a huge problem for me.

Room was clean and had good natural light. The downstairs shared common space was also nice. Fantastic location, lots of good places to eat nearby, and easy to walk to the city center.

Getting to the place was a challenge for us having two heavy suitcases. Though the hotel has a lift, you need to climb lots of stairs from the subway platform to the street and again from the street to the hotel compound.

The private room was spacious and clean. Have lots of space for the luggage. The hotel is in a hip area with a theater. Friendly staff. Laundry room is nice with reasonable prices.

Everything about the hostel was good. It is in a safe neighborhood you can reach out everywhere easily and come back even by walking from the Alexanderplatz. I especially loved the staff 💜 their breakfast was really good, I suggest booking with the breakfast 🍳

Very small thing, but we found the bathroom quite hard to get dry - a stronger fan would probably be helpful.

Great spot with easy access to the nearby station. Lots of restaurants around (we particularly liked the ramen restaurant Marubi round the corner). Staff were great, rooms were large.

The location is great, the room was nice and clean. Everyone at the reception were very nice and friendly. I enjoyed the stay very much and would be happy to stay there again in the future.

Both private and shared rooms are recommendable, but private rooms are even better with high comfort for a reasonable price. For the price paid it was 10/10 for me. Plus great vegetarian buffet breakfast.

Entrace to hostel is bit dark at night. Upper bed has straight ladder, tough to climb.

Helpful staff. 24hr checkin. Free luggage drop with safety. Breakfast with good options at 8.6€. Near U-bahn U2 station.

Friendly staff, tidy rooms, comfortable beds, boxes for belonings with locks and tasty breakfasts with a variety of meals (you can taste everything whatever you see on tables). And for sure, interesting historical building:)

just 2 toilet for the whole hostel, so may difficult to get in when busy.

The room was very comfortable, people working there are really friendly and able to speak different languages so there was not a barrier, the hostel itself is high quality building, whit outdoor space and indoor bar.

The charge added for renting a towel was ridiculous. Management should sort that crap out because the prices are already at a premium and if you want your customers back, you should offer at least, a single free towel. Some of the dorm beds were not stable and squeaky.

Just about everything including the discounted coffee in the morning. The waiting lobby was spacious and some good options to drink. The bathroom ensuites in our rooms were great and handy.

Bunk beds were a bit creaky, but otherwise nothing was bad about the stay.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was nice and quiet with public transport not too far away.

Pillows are not the best, but it’s a hostel, so within expectations. The breakfast is just ok, you can find better options in the neighborhood for similar price

Probably, the only little fall was that I could not buy a bottle of water at midnight with a card - only cash?

I had an amazing to stay at Pfefferbett Hostel, I have nothing to complain about. The staff was extremely friendly, the buffet breakfast was probably the healthiest breakfast I have ever seen in a hostel and the room was great.
