We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomWe had booked 2 single rooms. Room 207 was very good however room 206 had a very of putting smell (not sure were it came from)
The location is excellent and the staff could not be more helpful. The breakfast is very good and sitting in the terrace in the afternoon treated us to a great view. The restaurant on site was good with large meals

The location was very good, and close to the beach. The Hotel food was very good and with a nice view to the sea. The Wellness area was really nice with several sauna varieties.

Location is great,. Staff were very helpful and friendly, food was delicious and Travel to and from Town Centre was reliable and cheap.

Germanyconsidering it is a fairly expensive hotel to pay 8€ a night for parking is simply a joke. Also no tea/coffee facilities provided and use of the Spa is also at extra cost. The beds are need of upgrading as they are lumpy and hard and the pillows are terrible. from the outside it’s a lovely looking hotel but the decor inside is very 70s. The staff however were very friendly and the chef is exceptional, being a chef myself I was very impressed with dinner. But for €440 for 3 nights I don’t think the hotel is good value for money.

GermanyMy first room wasn’t clean, there was literally still toothpaste residue in the sink from the previous occupants and stains on the walls curtains and furniture. The lock to my door broke so I couldn’t leave my room. I was forced to climb over a second floor balcony to the balcony of the next room with all my luggage then downgraded to a new room without a balcony. No apology was given nor compensation offered… in fact I was told well these things happen.
