Overall a great experience. Comfy rooms, closer to the central station and all the other attractions such as the iron bridge, shopping mall, and so on. It would be helpful if you could have adapters to charge the devices of the guests.

A bit dodgy neighborhood if you take a wrong turn out of hotel.

One of the nicest staff I´ve experienced. Clean room and comfy beds, like the idea that u have to ask for housekeeping and not always knock on door in the morning. Great bar and sitting area. Good location short walk to train and many resturants nearby.

Atmosphere outside/on the streets in the evening/night felt little uneasy as we were told to be alert to personal belongings as some on the streets may approach in the night. We got to know that the street was closer to red light area which was not clear while booking the hotel on booking.com.

Nice room, centrally located with 5 minutes walk to the main station (Hbf) and 10 minutes walk to the river side and old town which is beautiful. Range of multi cuisine eating options/restaurants outside on the streets and in the old town area. Having stayed at Premier Inn several times in the past in some other cities/countries, it was broadly and satisfyingly good.

The TV in English. The TV had no sponsored English channels. We tried but it never worked in English

Vanessa, Nadi, Florian provided exceptional customer service. They were always willing to help us navigate Frankfurt in English. They are definitely an asset to your organization and I would strongly encourage and support any travels speaking English to strongly consider your establishment. As single females this hotel provided not only comfort but safety.

THe breakfaast options were really good. enough choices for someone to get day started. I enjoyed the coffee machine and options.

We were 5 nights and for us it would be good to have various breakfast, at least every two days as it was a little bit boring to have every day the same offer of breakfast. It would be recommended to change maybe two kind of food (for example instead of scrambled eggs, fried egg or instead of " Bratwurst, Seitenwuerstchen"...)But all in all acceptable and fine (just as a remark)

Very good location as City center was only 10-15 min far away by foot, so no public transportation was needed. The room was very clean and we could decide if room should be cleaned every day or not (change of towels, etc.) Breakfast was OK.

Some coffee in the room would have been welcome. Air conditioning could be controlled but didn't do what it was told. This would be irritating if staying for multiple nights.

The property is using motion sensor to switch on the light. It is good to have energy saving but it should turn on certain light for brightness.

The location is near to the train station. The receptionist is helpful and provided good information during our stay.

Everything the hotel was spotless and the breakfast was very satisfying planning my next trip in April. The night staff of girls were soo helpful the day staff could take a leaf from their book.

The neighbourhood isn't really quiet and clean but it never really bothered us.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like about the property. The room is clean, bed and shower is comfortable. The location is awesome. It's pretty much walking distance to every tourist attraction in Frankfurt.
