I liked the rooftop bar and how close it was to everything.

Restaurant was more of a canteen and cramped busy tables. Food was not kept hot on the buffet under the heat lamps, eg) cold scrambled egg for breakfast and luke warm veg when supposed to be hot.

Very accommodating, train to Brussels was changed due to track issues and they did a late check out. Free mimi bar and water. Breakfast was also good. A 15 mim walk to train station.

The hotel's location is very good. You can walk easily everywhere.

It is close to the Cathedral and shopping area. The Central station is close too. You need to catch either S19 or RB27 in order to reach the air-port, which is about 40 min.away.

Phone service to reception also did not work we had to call for 20 min and then eventually had to go down to reception to get an answer for our question.

Everything, we loved everything. The staff were fantastic, the sauna and gym were great. The room exceeded expectations, the bed was very comfortable and spacious. The amenities in the room were great quality with free items in the fridge and extras in the bathroom. The location was very close to the cathedral and the train station, we walked for about 10 minutes.
