We were 2 friends travelling and had booked for a twin bed room. The hotel was good and very well located. However, their self checkin checkout was not working and took us 30 mins each with staff help. Moreover the room allocated to us was completely messy and hence we had to go back to ask for another room. We got a good view room later though, but at expense of a lot of time, while we were already so exhausted. Its a great hotel though, but we had this weird experience at such a well rated hotel, due to the negligence of the staff.

One of the reasons i booked this hotel was the wellness area and its sauna. Actually, access to the sauna is very limited during the week (4pm-9pm) and not open at all in the weekend. That was quite a surprise, not a nice one.

Spacious and clean room, very comfortable beds, coffee machine and coffee pods in the room, bathroom with generous amenities and a nice bathtub. Efficient and smiling staff. Very nicely located, in walking distance to many landmarks of the city. The rooftop bar was amazing.

No mini bar , limit coffee making resources in room

Hotel has rail stn nearby and accessible taxi rank. A good street of restaurants very close. Staff very helpful accessing information Yong female bar staff very helpful and approachable . A bit of a walk to dockside but ok if you are reasonably fit Breakfast excellent but can be busy useful self service shop on site

The room we were provided unfortunately was not the cleanest upon checking in. The toilet in particular was not clean. With housekeeping - none of the toilet amenities were replaced. This was slightly unpleasant

There was some kind of building noise at night time. Maybe the lift, or wind in the cladding? Not sure, but it was not ideal.

Good location right next to Dammtor-Station with much reachable on foot. The room on 17th floor was spacious and light. The lifts were so fast! The hotel had a bustling feel to it, which I like. Very large and mixed use.

Nothing, everything was great!

Comfortable stay very close to the center of Hamburg. The room was clean and had a great view of the city. The hotel is pet-friendly - we were provided a bed and two bowls for our dog, which is very nice. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety.

They charged one of the rooms twice (from the Bookikg.com reservations) and they were inefficient with the charges of other team members (not booked via Booking.com). They sent messages about lost items (in German) but didn't follow up.

I was expecting a bit more for what I paid. The breakfast was absolutely overpriced at 26 Euros as there was nothing special about it. Complementary bottled water was only provided for the first day of stay and there was no toothpaste, robe or slippers in the room.

I liked the location just steps away from Hamburg Dammtor Station. The room had a nice size too.

Very warm - even turning off heating didn't help - we felt bad for opening the window to try and cool the room down. The offer of a late checkout was super expensive at 70eur for two extra hours so we didn't take that.

Lovely room, lovely view. Very comfortable and clean. Didn't hear any neighbours. Easily walkable from central station, well lit parks around means access is safe and easy even at night. We got a great deal through this site, with breakfast which was busy but excellent (the best sausage and bacon I've had in a hotel).
