Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustriaThe room was great. Spacious, light, enough space to move. The only problems i had were the hairs (long dark hairs) that i found on the cabinet and in the bathtub (i had short pink hair at the time so i knew it wasnt mine) and the little stuff that you get like the nail kit were already opened and used when i came to the room. But everything else was awesome!
The location was great! I went to a concert to ZAG arena (which is RIGHT THERE). I saw the venue from my room so i had no stress looking for it.

GermanyThe Breakfast was very expensive. That was sad. Although the quality was good, the price gave a bad taste - not that much opportunities around.
Nice Wellness area, big room, all very clean and a bar to relax and have a drink after a long convention day. Even the bathroom was quite big - I enjoyed that!

Czech RepublicEmail communication: Hotel is spamming badly. Some emails I was getting twice. 8 automatic emails before arrival, and 6 after I left. Mostly reminders to do online check-in that was not working. You spend 20 minutes trying in various browsers. Only after you fill it completely it gives you the "unspecified error" on submission. The whole form programming seemed very amateur. Even after I left , I received a couple of extra check-in reminders. Hotel web page: How to reach hotel says: "From Central Station ... take U6 train, travel for ...". U6 does not go from Cetral station. And it is not easy to find this when on Central station, there are many U lines and poor navigation. In fact you have to walk outside appx. 500m to station Kropcke ... Not fun at all with luggage. Maintanence: Very annoying noise come from across the wall, sounded like malfunctioning compressor (fire escape corridor behind the wall). Unpleasant to be in room when happens. Personnel failed to repair 3 times (each time claiming problem was located and fixed). One of the lifts tented to get blocked - opens door, and when you press button with floor, it kept opening and closing the door. Even worse, there was a central system of calling lifts, so no other lift would come. Pretty unpleasant when you have a lot of luggage, and about to catch a taxi to the airport. Personnel: On the first the receptionist refused to exchange my room even after they failed to repare the noise behind the wall. Finally got pissed after 3 days, went to reception again, this was more lucky with the receptionist. It took more than 10 minutes to check-out. Receptionist was unable to operate the computer, or the software was bad. When I told her I am in hurry and to email the bill, she continued to print the bill, and then extra slowly wrap it in the envelope. I took it from her hands and ran to catch taxi to the airport ...
Nice rooms. Very comfortable bed. Comfortable chair at the workdesk. Excellent breakfast (the review of the breakfast would be quite long ...). One of the best breakfasts I have seen, and I have seen some ...

SwedenMy dissatisfaction was not directed toward the hotel itself, but rather the surrounding area, where I found a lack of convenience stores open in the evening.
The location is ideal for the event I am attending, very convenient. The room is impeccably clean, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly.

KuwaitThe VERY loud AC (no joke, it sounded like a bus engine) was barely cooling down the room at the highest setting, even with curtains fully drawn. It was very warm during my entire stay and made sleep very difficult. The mini fridge did not work and water was not complimentary unless you enrolled in their loyalty program.
Location is great for anything at EXPO Plaza, breakfast was good with a fantastic host, room size adequate.

ItalyWhile the room itself was reasonably priced, everything else was very expensive: parking (23 euro a day, in the middle of nowhere!), Location very far away from the centre which I hadn't realised. Bar and room service is significantly more expensive than in other 4 star hotels. The free mineral water actually tastes vile.
Nice room in a quiet hotel (very few guests when i stayed, I suspect this changes when the exhibition centre has an event ongoing). Neighborhood felt safe - in fact there was hardly a living soul around between the hotel and train station. It is reasonably well connected to the centre by train and a 5 min walk. Room itself was nice and bed comfortable. Loved the rain shower. There's free mineral water in the fridge. I mean, it has a price tag of 5 euro written somewhere, but also a note around the bottle saying it's complimentary.

GermanyIt was all very good.
Location is just next to the Expo center. This is distant from the center of town. There are tram lines that run to this location from the main train station. This is a more American style hotel with larger rooms and more modern bathrooms, walk in shower for example. Breakfast was extensive and very good. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was good (8 out of 10). Your typical exhibition area business hotel. Good size rooms. Clean. Easy access to parking area (garage at ground level below check-in). Could not pay for parking using VISA or Mastercard in the garage. Had to get the ticket validated with front desk.

ItalyI dislike the automatic check in - I prefer the standard one. My room was very far from the lift's door, but its a minor issue. The most problematic point is that I booked this hotel due to its proximity to the Trade Fair (Messe). Unfortunately, for unknown reasons, the pedestrian's bridge connecting the hotel to the Messe entrance was closed - that's implicated to use the taxi to reach the entrance that despite a very short walking distance it was more then 3 km far by car. If you intend to book this hotel due to its distance to the Messe in order to go by foot, I suggest to check in advance if the bride is open.
Hotel is clearly high standard. Rooms are sufficiently big, Wi fi is working and as usual breakfast is very good. Furthermore, they have a very useful garage where to leave the car. It's not a cheap hotel, but overall it's a good choice.
