Overcrowded breakfast area and not enough supplies to keep up with the amount of guesses. Staff at breakfast area should be paying more attention to the food and drinks that need to be replenished because of the amount of people. I told one lady that the milk was over for about 10 min already with people waiting and she did not even care, we had to tell other worker who came immediately. We left the room at 11am the first day and nobody cleaned it.

Convinient but quiet location close to Koeln Messe. Clean, modern and spacious hotel Nice staff in general. Comfortable bed and all amenities available.

Lighting could be better in the room, shower a bit more powerful but it was good enough. Parking cost a little high but spacious enough.

Room was a good size and a good working area, clean and had what I needed. Breakfast was really good, the little candy cart in reception is a nice touch, I would definitely stay there again. Little shop for those things you forget and for snacks very well stocked and sorted.

The parking garage was so convenient! When we arrived a little bit earlier for check-in they said our room was ready and we were allowed to check-in. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay! We were there for an event and it was very easy to reach the arena from the hotel.

The sink in the bathroom was blocked on arrival and continued to be a nuisance during my stay. Chrome cast did not work for the duration of my stay on their TVs - didn't give me much to do in the evenings since the channels are limited too. Last thing- the umbrellas available at reception are advertised as free provided they're returned within 72 hours - we used them each day and returned them in the evening, but it still keeps trying to take a charge from my card.

The staff were very friendly, and they were able to accommodate early check-in for me at 11 am as well as a later check-out at 1 pm. Very much appreciated! The location was fit for purpose (we were there for an event at Lanxess Arena). Breakfast was decent, with good variety and I found it easy to get a table each morning. The mini shop in the lobby area was very handy to pick up snacks/drinks as there's not much else nearby.

There was construction right outside of my window, but it didn't block anything.

The hotel was very close to the arena and train station. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the egg/ omelet bar.

I liked the location. It’s close to the exhibition hall, just a 10-minute walk, allowing us to avoid parking issues, traffic, and congestion. I liked the breakfasts; they were very good. Unfortunately, for the price we paid, we didn’t experience any other comfort.

Lovely room with a big and comfy bed! The bathtub was also very good. I would come back without hesitation, especially since you can walk to the city centre without any problem.

I had asked them for a small cake as it was our wedding anniversary, to which they said they will do something, upon arrival from dinner they had a kept a miniature of Gin and tonic, well I was at the bar having drinks, I had asked for the cake, how the gin and tonic supplements a cake?

The breakfast had a wide variety of products which is a good thing. However, at peak times it's difficult to find a spot to sit to eat your breakfast. Also some of the products are prepared in the morning, making them a bit stale around 10. Parking is also a little pricey. Upon arrival you get to choose whether you want to have your room cleaned or whether you'd like a coupon for a drink. This coupon turned out to be a coupon for a softdrink. I recommend new visitors to choose for room cleaning if they get the chance.

The room was great, great facilities (TV, bathtub, comfortable bed). The service was very kind and helpful. The architecture and atmosphere in the hotel felt very exclusive, making this stay very special.

The hotel was in no way near and Xmas markets or central Cologne so it was either a 30 min walk or a taxi ride which the taxi driver charged us 20 euros for each way! Its located right in the business centre but I'm guessing if we knew our way around short cuts or trams it would have been cheaper but it was late night, we'd been travelling all day and just wanted to wander Cologne markets and get some food.

Beautiful hotel, has everything to offer and breakfast was amazing although it wants to be for the price!!

The location, it is far away and you need to take public transport. Public transport is not convenient to go to the city center. Also, there are no restaurants or coffee places nearby.
