The staff members from breakfast were very friendly, however when we checked in and out the hospitality was kind of average. For instance, we were not asked if we enjoyed our stay and and smile was far-fetched.

The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Also the bed was super comfortable.

Location is a bit off the center and a bit industrial. In the evening the music at the bar was a bit house/techno. Not really our taste.

It would be great if the coffee cups and tea could be replaced every day. Parking should be free for the guests considering the high nightly price, the parking is extremely overpriced. Some staff members were excellent and kind but we stumbled upon a staff member who seemed irritated of questions being asked. Breakfast served only until 9.30, I understand the target group are business people but for leisure guests later breakfast would be nice. Gym could be better equipped

Very beautiful hotel with nice design. Comfortable furniture and accommodating staff in case of additional requests. The internet was very fast. We also enjoyed the sauna facility. Good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. Good location for people going to the Messe.

Only thing was you couldn’t switch off the ventilation in the room so you end up with a very dry throat.

Beautiful foyer with complementary snacks, gluhwein and water. Very nice atmosphere with beautiful high ceilings. Modern building with good noise insulation. Bath in the room.

Would be good to have more gluten free options as one choice of cereal and bread options limited and stale. Would have been helpful to know there was a public holiday over the weekend and markets and shops were going to be closed on the Sunday either before or when we checked in as we could have planned our weekend better had we known. This was not advertised and took many guests by surprise.

Price is a bit high for the area.

Radisson Blu hotels are always great, and this one was no different. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast had so much variety. Staff were great. It is just a few blocks away from Lanxess Arena and an easy walk to the nearest tram stop. We would gladly stay here again.

If you prefer to be very central then this hotel may be slightly too far out, however we were there for a concert in the Lanxess arena which is literally around the corner so very handy! It takes about a 20min walk to the centre where the Christmas markets had started while we were there

A great hotel overall - large, spacious and comfortable foyer/bar area. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a nice sized room with a comfortable bed and a balcony!

Free wifi. Nice ambience of the hotel. Quiet and spacious. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great place for meeting for business or friends for coffee / drink. Room was spacious and well designed.

I woke up at 7am on Saturday because there was a building site right outside the hotel. It was so loud that I couldn't get back to sleep. Not ideal after a long day at a fair and a €200 night.
