Spacious and very quiet room, a bonus considering that we stayed at the Radisson during the 2023 carnival season. The hotel is looked next to the Köln Messe a key venue for all types of festivities, meetings and conferences.

Shared balcony with next room, no barrier between balconies. Made it a little uncomfortable at night. A little distance away from the centre, but a very quiet area.

house keeping didn’t replace coffee, creamers and sugar so had none on my last day. called reception and they said they will have it sent up in 1 hour. never arrived. no trouser press as advertised.

A bit expensive for room per night from my point of view. Also breakfast and parking are all excluded for the high amount you pay.

food services are bad organized. at lunch the restaurant was closed, at the evening was very poor of food choice. But the waiter was doing the best she can.

buffet breakfast was diverse but not all products were top quality. Staff was late to replenish items consumed. Room linens and towels were clean but had stains.

Dirty as I entered the room. I found hair on one of the towels and dust almost everywhere.. With the amount paid per night, the cleaning should be outstanding.

The deep bathtub is an accident waiting to happen. There is nothing to hold onto when getting out. Honestly, a walk in shower is safer. Also there was no where to hang the bath towels, no hooks on the door or near the bath/shower. Also the gym is missing equipment. There were no drinks in the room mini fridge.

We liked everything. I suffer from a bad back but found the mattress extremely comfortable. The breakfast was superb, so much selection! Everything clean, staff friendly. We would like to stay here again!

Need to fix the revolving main entrance door as the door to the far left of the building detracts slightly from the "grandeur" of the arrival experience.

The hotel is located just east of the city center making it a great location to access Cologne by tram or walking. The front of the hotel is large enough to temporarily accommodate 6-7 cars during the check-in process. The hotel was easy to find and parking was a gated covered structure to the right of the hotel which was 20.00 euros each night (we stayed just the one). The low cost of the great room and the amenities more than cover the cost of secured parking so don't let that be a detractor. The fitness room is top notch and the saunas (yes, they have several of them) are outstanding and open until 2300 hrs! My bride remarked how the sauna area was akin to a spa as they provide towels and full robes to use in the spotless facility. The room was modern with a view of the city with some construction across the street. I can only hope that the building will not be too tall. Room furnishings were modern and the 40-inch tv was great size. A safe and small refrigerator was provided along with complementary water (sparkling and spring). Also, they have a robot refrigerator on wheels which can bring drinks to your room upon receiving your text to the associated number. You will pass it on the way to the elevators. I did not use it, but it is the first time I have seen this offered in a hotel.

It didn't put a shade to our stay but the person welcoming us at reception wasn't welcoming. Didn't say a word, didn't give any explanation or even smile. But well, all other staff member were to the top !

7 years later, we are coming back to the same hotel with our 1,5 year baby. And the hotel is still great !! The hotel is amazing, the staff is kind and friendly, breakfast is the best we ever had in a hotel. Thank you for this nice stay!!!
