You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Kingdom1. To begin we were given the key to another persons room upon check in, only to open the door and see all their stuff still in the room. Luckily for the person they were out, otherwise God knows what we could have walked in on. 2. Once we were taken to the other room we discovered it was dirty and had no soap for us to use, the bottles were empty. We requested the soap and for an hour or two no one came, so we ended up going out without having a shower. I expressed how unhappy we were on the way out and told them to leave the room alone, as I was going to get my own soap. We came back to find someone had ignored my request and come in the room to put soap there while we were out. 3. We requested adapters on arrival as we did not have the right ones and was told by a man in reception that we had to “buy our own”. The next day, I asked another woman at reception and was told that there were loads and we were given some - I do not know what that mans motivation for lying was. As a fan of Radissons London hotels, I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the whole experience. We are also people of colour. So I don’t want to assume, but it seems pretty telling.
