We have been using the Radisson Blu Düsseldorf quite a few times over the last ten years (and even right after the pandemic) - and we like the hotel very much: Clean, "scandinavian" design, very nice rooms with comfy beds, good WiFi, top staff, great breakfast and a top location for stays in Düsseldorf and/or short stays for flying in and out of Düsseldorf. The hotel has always met our expectations and gets upgraded regularly, the staff does go the extra mile when needed (we needed a dentist once, on very short notice, and got a great recommendation and an appointment booked) ... so: Next time you go to Düsseldorf, have a look there. We can certainly recommend the hotel.

Breakfast of the hotel is soooo nice, you can stay at this hotel for this breakfast...Very fresh and delicious. Rooms are in good condition. Beds are very comfortable.Coffee machine was good.Staff is friendly.

I found it very hot in the rooms. couldn't get it to cool down. So just opened the window. No problem ;)

Rooms very clean, tidy and comfortable bed. Loved the Christmas chocolates at the door. Very nice touch. The chefs making the omelettes in the morning was always warm and welcoming. The staff at the front counter were always warm welcoming and very helpful. Especially the Spanish lady. very helpful. It was nice to walk out to the river

The swimming pool and sauna are closed in december.

Spa wasn’t working and as we asked it’s closed already for 7 months. There were no slippers or bathrobe. Breakfast is quite expensive.

When we were doing check-out the parking automata doesn't work and we have back to the reception and wait in line.

The location is good, 30 min walk from Aldstat. The room and view was amazing. Our superior suit was on the 10th floor and you can see the Rein and city. Bad were so comfortable, soft pillows, all suit is great.

We had lunch at the hotel restaurant on our first day, but unfortunately, the quality did not match the price we paid. The food was underwhelming, and we felt it was poor value for the cost. After that experience, we decided to go into town for dinner for the rest of our stay, where we found much better options.

The breakfast was delicious and varied, offering a range of options.The staff were attentive, ensuring everything was well-stocked. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was particularly cozy. Location: The location was excellent—close to the Messe.

The TV's in the room are smart TV but they have been blocked to connect with Wifi and you have to follow the steps to mirror your phone instead of directly casting in an easy way. Not cool. Also attached some pictures of the chairs in the bar near the reception. Clearly they have bad furniture for the class of Radisson. I come from India & the service & quality of such areas is much better in India compared to a property in Germany. These things need to be invested upon. Let the investor/manager travel to India to see 4 & 5 stars hotels in Delhi/Mumbai and you will know why this is cheap. The gym is EXTREMELY small and without any mirrors for such a big hotel building. They can make something bigger for sure as they have lot of space

Good size of the standard room. Cleaning lady comes on time to prepare the bed & with new towels. Safe provided to keep valuables. Iron available in the room with the board which helps a lot. The bar is open till late.
